Welcome to my one bedroom flat, sited on the Ipswich quayside. With asecure car parking space. One super king size bed. Access to the car park and the flat hall way is via a fob system. Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

The Millennium Tower very close to Woodbridge

The Millennium Tower is a unique architect designed building commissioned to celebrate the year 2000. The building has 7 sides for seven days of the week and 4 floors for four seasons. There is a small spiral staircase in the pepper pot top providing access to the roof terrace which is surrounded by a tree canopy of chestnut, oak and birch. The tower is located in 14 acres of deciduous woodland a short distance from the Market Town of Woodbridge. It provides an ideal base to explore the area.

The Coach House

A charming and unique rural cottage, set in the grounds of a Victorian house within secluded gardens with secure gates. There is an outside private outdoor dining area with on-site parking. The cottage is ideally suited to adults (no children or pets), with 2 double bedrooms, one shower room and downstairs cloakroom. a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils and electric hob and oven. For those cosy evenings there is a woodburner in the lounge area with games and books available to guests.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples wanting to explore East Anglia, situated in close proximity to Felixstowe and Woodbridge. The apartment has a large double bedroom with wardrobe space, an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower. There is off road parking available as the apartment is located up a private driveway with stairway access to the property. *The apartment is set for 2 people however a blow up bed can be provided*

Living room has pull-down double bed (see main listing for additional info) + Sky/TNT Sports, & selection of books & board games. The patio has a table, 2 chairs, sofa , & optional hot tub. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.
