Beautiful first floor apartment located in the Es Castell complex in Fornells. The Es Castell complex in Fornells is located in front of the sea in very first line. You can enjoy a spectacular view over the bay of Fornells from the terrace of the apartment . You have access to the magnificent private pool by the sea and a protected swimming area at sea. The Es Castell complex is in the center of the town of Fornells next to the fishing port which allows you to avoid the car and enjoy the wonderful town on foot. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, living room, fully equipped open kitchen and large terrace with outdoor furniture and spectacular panoramic views. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently refurbished. It also has a private parking space. Free Wi-Fi internet access. Beautiful oceanfront apartment

House/apartment in the development. Playas de Fornells. Ocean view terrace and spectacular sunsets just in front of the house. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living/dining room with an integrated kitchen. Very quiet area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The village of Fornells is a 5 minute drive, but you can also walk in less than half an hour or bike along a marked path that connects the village by the bay.

Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters. We had a wonderful stay! The place looks just like the pictures, with a great view that we never got tired of. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. The location is perfect for exploring the island. It is also walking distance to some good restaurants. The beach nearby (Cala Tirant) is a great beach with plenty of space for relaxing! We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Menorca!

Beautiful apartment! The view from the balcony is just amazing, it’s so peaceful and relaxing just sitting there watching the sea. The apartment itself has absolutely everything you need, it’s beautifully presented and clean. There was a cot, high chair and potty which was perfect for our 3 month old and 2.5 year old. The location is perfect, it was relatively quiet on the resort area itself but a good choice of restaurants and nothing on the island was more than 40mins away by car! I would stay here again and 100% recommend to anyone 😄

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

We had a great stay. The views from the balcony are incredible and the pictures don’t really do it justice. The apartment had everything we needed. Only 10 minutes walk to the sandy beaches and less than that to the rocky coves where we enjoyed snorkelling with the fish. The bus stop was just at the bottom of the steps & we used the buses to visit Fornells & Ciutadella. Jennifer was prompt at getting back to us and we had all the information we needed. Such a lovely area and a great place to stay. We hope to return in the future.
