Spanish Amazing studio with beachfront, fully equipped with TV, microwave, air conditioning and heating. The complex has gardens, pools, tennis courts, indoor parking The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glasses, plates, coffee maker, fridge and cutlery. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, kitchen towels are put on. The kitchen has two fires. On the ground floor of the building is a restaurant with a menu There are also restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hotels, shopping area, near the Plaza Mayor Shopping Center and Torremolinos. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has access to two pools, one for adults supervised and one for children The pools only work in summer, from mid-June to mid-September (in summer) although on the beach you can swim almost all year round. The development has parking areas on the indoor streets, where it is accessed by remote control. In July and August it is very difficult to park since there are almost twice as many apartments as parking lots. The guest who requests it. Magnificent apartment 300 meters from the beach. Ideal for a maximum of 3-4 people. Common areas with 3 swimming pools, gardens, soccer field and basketball court. 1 bedroom and 1 large sofa bed. Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Modern renovated bathroom. TV and Wi-Fi. We have a crib and baby accessories. Walking distances: Train 12 minutes, bus 13-15 minutes, Torremolinos center (Calle San Miguel) 20 minutes. Possibility of transportation to/from the airport.

Apartment on the 6th floor 200 meters from the beach, ocean view, green area and swimming pool, with a large living room, terrace, separate kitchen and A/C. Free WiFi. For stays longer than 28 days, please consult. Ask for the price of the property. You can find all the necessary amenities in the area. It is the ideal place to enjoy a getaway to Malaga and its surroundings or long walks along the seashore. The beaches next to the apartment have public showers, and sun lounger and parasol rentals.
