Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Playa

We enjoyed our stay in Ponce! The place was exactly as pictured, and the balcony was a great spot for a photo op. Easy to walk to restaurants downtown, and hosts even supplied a map with suggestions highlighted. Added bonus was that there was parking available!

The place was very very clean. It was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything and the bathroom was soooo comfortable. The rooms had really cool charging ports and the sofa was very comfy.

Julio and Melvin were incredible hosts. Our stay was not planned, and we had several adjustments to our stay due to the unexpected loss of a family member. The hosts were not only accommodating and responsive but genuinely expressed their condolences for our loss. The views are stunning!!! We were able to find peace and heal thanks to this amazing property and hospitality of Julio and Melvin. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would.

I loved this little location for me and my friends. It was just big enough for all four of us to feel at home. Lucy made sure we had juices and pastries to welcome us and was extremely great at anticipating needs. We were extremely grateful to have found this Airbnb! It was the perfect location for us. We would definitely come back again!

Where do I even begin? This house offers some of the most beautiful views of the Juana Díaz area. We truly enjoyed starting our mornings with peaceful drives down the mountain to pick up fresh bread from the local bakery. Although the home is located on a small mountain, it is very easy to access, and everything you may need is only a few minutes away. As for the house itself, it is absolutely charming. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything a family might need. The hosts were extremely attentive and thoughtful during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and we felt safe and comfortable at all times. My wife and I plan to return next summer!

I had a fantastic stay at Rosa & Michael’s place. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, public transport, and local attractions. Rosa and Michael were incredibly kind and responsive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the little personal touches that made the place feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Wanda’s Airbnb in Juana Diaz was absolutely outstanding. The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a modern, stylish design that immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Wanda was an exceptional host—attentive and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. She made sure every detail was perfect and truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. From the fresh linens to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and tranquil getaway in Puerto Rico, this is the place. We will absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Great location to center of city and walkable to local plaza, shops, restaurants, bakery and grocery stores. Great house to host a family, the rooms are comfortable and large enough to accommodate several guests. Parking conveniently right in front of the house. The convenience of daily trash pick up and laundry on site was great too. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook family meals. Overall, a great historic home.

Jonathan's place was really nice and cozy. It was 6 of us and we all were comfortable and able to move around. The neighborhood was peaceful and we were like 15 20 mins from Ponce Airport. Would stay there again.

Victoria's place was exactly what I was looking for. Centrally located, close to notable city attractions and accommodating to all my needs. The house was very clean and it had everything I needed to spend a wonderful time in Ponce. It was well stocked; they even had beach towels! Coffee maker, iron, cooking oil and everything else you need I will surely contact her again on my next visit to Ponce. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it's a great deal and quite affordable. Don't think it over; book it!

This place was perfect for what we needed in Yauco. It was safe, secure, clean, and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful to any questions I had and would answer within minutes. Always appreciate a good coffee and the ability to do some laundry. From our place we were able to take day trips to Ponce, Cabo Rojo, even Arecibo. Highly recommend!

The apartment is stunning! Location is perfect, beach and grocery store are close. Easy access to the apartment complex and the apartment itself. There was nothing lacking for our needs. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer as well and AC units that accommodated each individuals needs their room. The coffee (Cafe Rico) was just the way we like it and coffee maker. I would say the only drawback is it’s on the 4th floor. It’s my fault for not checking prior to booking: we had a 65 year old with us who did fine, it just took a little longer to get up the steps. I recommend parking in the assigned parking space but close to the road versus close to the parking stop/bumper. Reason: it left opportunity for someone to park behind us which was quickly resolved. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the design of the apartment is clean, classy and comfortable.

Accurate listing, clean and modern, everything that is needed is provided, clear instructions, and location was the perfect drive to the mall, restaurants, and downtown. We enjoyed our time in Ponce and the Airbnb was a big reason.

Andrés is a gentleman in every sense of the word. The airbnb is a beauty and just like the pictures show. You will find yourself in a rustic/cozy place. Beautiful surroundings and an outdoor shower that makes the experience even more exciting. I will be back with God ahead 🙏🏻☀️
