¡Increíble experiencia en Puerto Viejo! La casa está rodeada de naturaleza, lo que la hace perfecta para descansar y desconectarse. Se escuchan los sonidos del bosque y se pueden ver animales desde el jardín, ¡una experiencia única! Además, la playa está literalmente a un minuto caminando, ideal para disfrutar del mar en cualquier momento del día. La casa es cómoda, bien equipada y muy limpia. El anfitrión fue amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver. ¡Recomendadísimo para quienes buscan tranquilidad y conexión con la naturaleza sin alejarse del mar!

Daniel went above and beyond to make sure we had nothing short of an amazing stay here in Casa Cocles! Daniel was checking on us through the trip to make sure we knew of the local spots and must-visit areas. He also greeted us with some fresh cut fruit to munch which was very refreshing! The location is at a really convenient spot that allowed for worry-less travel between different activities. We ended up visiting the animal rescuer center, countless Puerto Viejo restaurants, Cahuita National Park, BriBri tribe territory, lots of beaches , etc and these all felt very accesible and easy to get to with or without a rental car. Some tours even offer to pick us up exactly at Casa Cocles for free! We were super grateful and happy with our stay, and will definitely be coming back here for future getaways!

Die Lage des Airbnb ist toll, wenn man an einem ruhigen Ort sein möchte (in Punta Uva ist wenig los). Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand (über die Straße). Es gibt wenige Nachbarn, die nicht immer da sind, alles sind Airbnbs. Wir fanden das Apartment sauber, geräumig, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Kommunikation war toll, die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett, haben schnell reagiert. Wir würden nochmal kommen!

Was soll ich sage? Es war einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und erholsam. Man hat gleich nebenan einen Abschnitt des Playa Negra, wo der Strand fast immer so gut wie menschenleer ist. Silvia, die die Unterkunft vor Ort betreut, ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer gut zu erreichen, sehr nett und hat stets gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und aktuelle Events aus der Region parat. Ich konnte auch ihr Fahrrad nutzen, was wirklich hilfreich ist, um in das Stadtzentrum zu fahren etc. Kurz um, der perfekte Karibiktraum.

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern eine sehr schönes Zeit bei Andrea. Die Unterkunft ist ganau richtig groß für uns gewesen, die Lage in der Natur sehr paradiesisch und die Umgebung ruhig mit zwei fußläufig zu erreichenden Stränden. Top Reinigung, Kommunikation und Unterstützung von Andrea. Hätte nicht besser sein können.

Villa Blossom is first and foremost an amazing value, and second off all beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and easy! The grounds hosted an insane amount of gorgeously curated plants, trees and flowers! The pool, yoga pavilion, and all common areas were perfect! The staff and hosts were super helpful and attentive if you needed anything or extra services (get a massage! it was amazing). There is a super market attached, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfy! Just in case your like us and didn’t realize, this is basically two hotel rooms next to each other with a shared outdoor space, and kitchen, there is no living room/couch! We didn’t find this to be an issue (and we had and 8year old) but it would be nice to have a hammock or something. Say hi to the local kitty if you go, and keep an eye out for frogs, Aguitas, SO MANY hummingbirds and other wild life!

This home is a gem in disguise. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. We came here for a week. It was a long drive from the San Jose international airport but well worth it. Very sweet local town. The people in the town are really nice. The food is absolutely delicious and clean. Ice cream is delicious. We had a wonderful vacation, celebrating our sister’s 60th birthday. We loved having the pool to relax at during the heat of the day. Great kitchen to make breakfast everyday. Grocery store is not far at all. The dog and 2 cats are so cute and sweet. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem paradiesischen Garten, in welchem man unzählige Tiere beobachten kann. Marise hat uns geduldig herumgeführt und verschiedenste Tiere gezeigt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und Marise stellt sogar Strandtücher zur Verfügung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der tägliche Zimmerservice. Wir können die fabelhafte Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kämen jederzeit gerne zurück.

Dieses Airbnb ist ein kleines Paradies auf Erden! Umgeben von üppigen Pflanzen fühlt man sich in dieser grünen Oase sofort wohl. Besonders gefiel uns die wunderschöne große Terrasse, die wir zum Essen und relaxen ausgiebig nutzten. Dank der Umzäunung und dem großen Tor kann man sich jederzeit sicher fühlen und ist auch für sich. Die Unterkunft ist am Rande von Puerto Viejo, sodass man an der Straße 256 in die Stadt oder zum Strand läuft. Alternativen wie Tuktuk oder einen Leih-Scooter machen die Sache einfacher und flexibler. Wie fast überall in Puorto hört man hauptsächlich tagsüber die Durchgangsstraße. Nachts ist kaum Verkehr. Jerome war ein ausgezeichneter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber – sympathisch, äußerst hilfsbereit und ein faszinierender Gesprächspartner. Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist und empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Para iniciar Jerson es una persona súper amable , servicial y atenta. Y sobre el lugar se puede ir caminando a la playa más cerca, al supermercado, sino quieres salir por la noche a comer por que prefieres quedarte en la tranquilidad del hotel, Jerson te felicita un express que te ofrece todo tipo de comida. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas , todo muy limpio y súper seguro y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo al mil 👌🏽

Julio tiene un lugar increíble. Rodeado de naturaleza, frente al mar y lleno de plantas, flores y animales. El rancho fue un lugar especial para mirar una película en familia. Todo muy completo, limpio y confortable. Cindy y Luis fueron de especial ayuda, mostrándose siempre predispuestos a resolver los problemitas normales del funcionamiento de una casa. La parrilla y la cocina muy completas, es evidente que esta casa se utiliza en familia para pasarlo muy bien. Recomendamos mucho este lugar para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. Sin duda, volveríamos si volvemos a Puerto Viejo.

This airbnb is exactly as the pictures. It is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Things to note is that only the lower bedrooms have AC. The upstairs living room was very nice! The house is private, but a lot further out from town so you’ll need transportation to and from as there are not many restaurants nearby. The host, Jorge was always very responsive and helpful. Overall we had such a great stay and can’t wait to be back.

He is very friendly, he is very flexible with the time also we arrived early and he always try to help us Definitely 1000% recommend 👍🏻

En general nuestra estadía estuvo muy bien. Rentamos la casa blanca en hospedaje completo por tanto teníamos dos baños, dos habitaciones y dos espacios de cocina. La casa es tal como la publican en las fotos, muy cómoda y completa. Me gustó que tuvieran espacio de reciclaje y compostaje. Antes de reservar te recomiendo: 1. Revisar bien la cantidad de huéspedes antes de hacer la reserva. La casa tiene capacidad para 8 sin embargo mi reserva era de 4 personas y si quisiéramos agregar a alguien debíamos pagar adicional. 2. El espacio de la casa fue totalmente privado, pero el jardín de la propiedad es compartido. Hay otro hospedaje atrás, una bodega arriba de la casa y como el jardín es bien amplio también parquean otros vehículos. No tuvimos ningún problema con nuestro carro, pero si hubo un poco de ruido durante una madrugada que sacaron los otros carros. Definitivamente recomendado y esperamos volver pronto. Gracias a las chicas de la recepción por su amabilidad.

pPerfecta ubicacion, la cabaña esta muy cerca del mar y playa negra es hermosa. cerca de Puerto Viejo. 20 min caminando para ir a cenar o desayunar. La caminata de dia por la playa es hermosa. Alojamiento privado y para descanso fenomenal.

Happy House is the perfect name for this oasis! Our family was so lucky to get to stay there. The property is large and private. The covered patio ( we call it a California room in California) was amazing. The indoor/outdoor kitchen and living space was a great place for our family to relax after many adventurous days in Costa Rica. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. There were geckos and bugs in the covered patio area but my boys loved that part! The beach is beautiful but there is a rip current right in front of the house but we walked a short distance in both directions and found great swimmable ocean for our kids. It was a great end to our Costa Rican vacation! Thanks Steve for opening up your special space to visitors! Pura Vida!

Our group of 4 had an absolutely fantastic experience during our trip. The unit is gorgeous and is very conveniently located close to restaurants and supermarkets, as well as being within walking distance of secluded beaches. There were wild animals within the property itself and we were able to take videos of monkeys, agutí (small animals similar to a mini-capybara), and many different exotic birds. The master bedroom is reminiscent of something from a movie with its screened doors and the breeze coming from the water while you hear the wildlife. Both Pablo and Carlos were phenomenal during our visit and were the most responsive and accommodating hosts that I’ve dealt with to date. They went above and beyond what I would normally expect and it made the experience top notch. I recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for a truly unique and beautiful place to stay while visiting the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica and wants to experience the true meaning of “pura vida”.

Die beste Unterkunft unseres Aufenthaltes in Costa Rica. Die Hütte ist rustikal und schlicht, hat jedoch ihren ganz eigenen Charm und passt perfekt in die Karibik. Atemberaubend ist das Grundstück auf dem die Hütte steht und das man ganz für sich hat. Wunderschöne Natur mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Wir konnten in unserem Garten Faultiere, Leguane, Basilisken, Aguties, Kolibris und Frösche beobachten. Über den Steg gelangt man mit wenigen Schritten direkt an einen schönen Strand, der sich in einer langen Bucht befindet, dort haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen gefreut aufzuwachen, die atemberaubende Natur und den Blick auf die Karibik zu genießen, dabei Tiere zu beobachten. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wiederkommen!

The house is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. The spaces are spacious and nicely decorated. It’s surrounded by impressively tall trees. In the mornings, you can hear howler monkeys. And just a short walk to the main street, you’ll find many shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the beach is close too
