Our third stay at Jose’s place and again an excellent experiece.

We had a fabulous stay! Lynn was an amazing host. So personable- we felt like we had been friends for years. The pool was amazing and so many great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again!

Santiago and staff couldn’t have done a better job taking care of our family. From the time of booking to the time we left everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend you stay at his family’s lovely home.

Everything was very clean, Lupita answered my questions immediately, what I did not like was the food at the restaurant but everything else was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Enna was amazing, especially with this being our first time with Airbnb. Enna was very prompt with responses, welcomed us with smiles and went out of their way to call daily to see if we needed anything and to make sure our stay was as expected!!!

The subdivision is three blocks from the restaurant area, it is very quiet, everything is clean, the apartment was more than enough for the occupants, very spacious, and as it is on the top floor, there was no noise from the other apartments, everything is very organized, it has the equipment that the host advertises, and the host and his co-host always provide excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent place to have a family vacation, the apartment is larger than expected, the amenities are very well cared for and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend it if what you are looking for is a peaceful and relaxing place.

The Airbnb is in a very quiet area, almost on the beach, in a beach area where there are not many tourists, little noise and a super nice sea, it is the perfect place to disconnect from the world, but it is still a place that has all the necessary comforts to rest, cook and live. Just remember to bring what you need before you arrive, and that being such a natural area we must respect the fauna and flora of the place.

Our stay was very pleasant, the host was in touch from the first moment for any questions that arose, the location is perfect and very central, close to the beach, pharmacies, markets etc. We arrived and everything was clean and tidy; with the necessary utensils for the stay. The pool was always clean and with a quiet environment, perfect to relax. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

I found the place, I saw the previous evaluations of Ale, I thought the experience would be unbeatable, unfortunately it was not like that, there were too many inconveniences on arrival, from the fact that she had announced to the administration the arrival on a wrong date, to rates that she had not updated, and delay in the activation of the water and light services in the apartment... we had an appointment scheduled to celebrate my little one's compliance at 5:00 pm (authorized check-in time 15 hrs), our intention was to shower and get ready for the occasion, the services were ready at 16 hrs, my companions, all girls, they need a little more time than usual to get ready... I warned Ale every situation, as well as damage in a camaster, and today, 4 days after leaving the Depa, he writes to me, saying that I left the A/C on and that le Ocasion will generate humidity, which is a lie... so that's how they are supposed to turn off the services like when we arrive.
