TRANQUIL AND NICE SPACE THE APARTMENT AREA IS VERY QUIET, YOU GET AWAY FROM EVERYTHING AND JUST THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR, WE ARE A FAMILY AND THE LITTLE ONES WENT THROUGH INCREDIBLE. I RECOMMEND IT 100%, IT IS VERY BIG. MIGUEL WAS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND ANDREA TOO. THERE ARE SERVICES FROM SOME TENANTS DIRECTLY AT THE DOOR OF THE APARTMENT. ALWAYS CLEAN POOL AND BEACH AREA TOO.

Highly recommended. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It also has very nice spaces and is in pristine condition. The owner/manager's attention was excellent. Fully complies with the description and the photos. Some very convenient aspects: being downstairs in the building and having a restaurant next to the building.

Hector excellent host, resolved the small inconveniences we had upon arrival, the apartment is according to the description, the pool is very nice according to the photos. However, the only detail is that there are many crabs although they really do not do anything, but when bringing children it was a little complicated with their presence, but otherwise everything is very good.

Excellent apartment! Very spacious and comfortable for everyone, incredible location right on the beach, being able to take your things down to the beach to spend the day was incredible! The apartment is super clean and in good condition and Mayra is a super good host, super attentive and solving everything very quickly so that we had the Best stay! We'll definitely be back!

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is in very good condition. The beds, the sofas...all very comfortable. The people serving the house and the kitchen were very attentive, they made our stay very special. The apartment already has WiFi and is appreciated. The public areas are very good. The staff who also take care of the pool bar of 10.

Frank was always attentive to the reservation and have everything go smoothly with her. The Mayan Palace is renovated and expanded and is a good option to vacation in Acapulco.

I have stayed in 4 different apartments in this same complex and this is the best we have seen. The apartment is very comfortable and is very well-equipped, even with medicine. The master bedroom didn't have an open TV available but you can use streaming services with your personal account without a problem. Fabian answered all my super quick questions. We just need to update the maintenance costs, as the description mentions $350 and I was actually charged $650, but I understand this charge is standalone.

Beautiful apartment and quite clean. They welcome you in a very warm way. I highly recommend it for spending a few pleasant days in Acapulco.

The stay in Farid's apartment was excellent, from the arrival, the attention of all the administrative and security staff made you feel at home. Farid was always very attentive and despite small details that did not affect the experience, the prompt response and openness were punctual! My wife and I would definitely come back to this place! The view, the pool, the proximity to the points of interest in Acapulco and the super equipment of the apartment, make it a place that is worth 1000%.

I had a short stay, but he was still kind and attentive when booking, clear instructions, a very pleasant atmosphere and a very cozy property. And it has a variety of movies in case the internet service fails for some reason and you are bored and want to watch something 👀
