This tiny basement apartment is in a small quiet complex in one of the most perfect locations in playa del ingles. Although it is small it avails of all mod cons. Fibre internet, a super king size bed, a full oven and large smart television and a breakfast bar to eat or work at. Only a stones throw to the riu palace.

The accommodation is located in a great area. It is very quiet and peaceful at night, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is 100% worth its price. The pool and the area around the house are always clean and tidy, it is clear that people enjoy their work. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely one of the best options on the island.

Beata Anna's apartment is clean and well maintained. There is everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is air conditioning, which is very pleasant. There is also a small terrace from which you can also enter the pool. One small drawback is that the bed is a little too small for two people – more suitable for people under 180 cm. The surroundings were very quiet during my stay in June. It is about 10 minutes by foot from the beach. Overall, I find the value for money very fair. I am happy to recommend the place.

Our stay at this villa was truly unbelievable! From the moment we booked it, we were made to feel welcome and the personal welcome at the villa to walk through and explain how everything works was a great touch. The location is great, walking distance to many amenities but far way enough that you do not get disturbed. There are no words to describe how impressive this villa was, all details have been thoroughly thought through and there is everything you need. The pool was great and had enough room to play in. Overall, could not recommend this villa more, everything was exceptional from start to finish!

Thanks to our host for the great accommodation near the beach. The accommodation is located a very short walk from the sand dunes. The swimming pool was a great bonus and the sun loungers were nice to sunbathe on. In warm weather, the air conditioning is also a good addition to the well-equipped apartment. The apartment was clean. The bed was really soft and the location was quiet for a good night's sleep. The street noises can be heard in the apartment well, but at least during our stay the street was a quiet side street at night. If we come to Maspalomas again, we will check if this apartment is available.
