Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. Se encuentra en un entorno muy tranquilo, a 100 metros de la Playa de Rebolleres y del Parque Inglés, una zona verde con vistas al mar, lugar perfecto para estar y disfrutar de un día soleado sin agobios. Además está a pocos minutos caminando de la Playa de la Palmera y del centro del pueblo, donde podrás encontrar bares, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias… El edificio tiene una buena accesibilidad debido a que el camino hacia la entrada de los huéspedes es sin escalones.
