Great accommodation to disconnect for a few days. A few minutes from Fabrica where you can take a boat to go to the beach, you can also walk to Cacela Velha and about a 15 minute drive to Tavira. Quiet house overlooking the countryside and the sea (at night you can hear up to the waves). The pool is small but gives the apartment to take a dip if you don't want to go to the beach. The house was well appointed and clean. Eduardo attends you very well and is willing to make recommendations for the area.

Joao's apartment had everything we needed and he was always attentive to all our inquiries. The check-in was a bit costly, as in addition to the door key, we needed the garage remote control. Then we saw that we could park the car on the other side of the street, right in front. The location was perfect. 10 min drive to the center of Tavira and 5 min to take the train that took us to Playa de Barril (which is beautiful) Santa Luzia is a quiet little town with plenty of restaurants to go out and eat fish and octopus. Joao gave us good recommendations. We really appreciate the air conditioning. And personally, the apartment is nicer than what you see in the photos

Spacious, well-equipped apartment (only the dishwasher was missing) and very well located. The host is always available and very attentive. It was a good experience

Perfect apartment for family of 5 people like us. Home appliances available as if it were our home. Outdoor space with good barbecue and easy access to the pool through a gate. The only inconvenience found has nothing to do with the property or the owner, but with the incredible number of mosquito bites we suffer, especially at the end of the day they are to the magotes...A hug to Javier and health!

I was there for a month. Everything was very good. It is a small house with a mega , really big terrace. Quiet area. Everything on walking distance. The baker passes by more often every day. Wifi is very strong. Could work perfectly online, on the terrace as well. In the kitchen are all the utensils you need in everyday life. Washing machine, large fridge with freezer is available. A little dark during the day indoors but it is pleasantly cool. In bad weather is not very cold, nothing is damp. It was all very clean. I also recommend the place for longer stays I felt very comfortable

beautiful house and amazing garden in a semi rural location. It's close enough to all the facilities you would need but very peaceful and quiet. Antoine was a great host and was always on hand if we needed anything.

spacious apartment right next to the beach 1 min walk literally. everything is very clean and with a very nice patio. clear communication Very quiet area even though there are beach bars nearby. Good area for parking. The apartment is almost entirely renovated. The only downside, and to mention one, is that there are no mosquito nets in the rooms and the mosquitoes had a feast, but it is understandable as it is summer. I would repeat 100% sure.

There was good communication at all times and even a couple of requests were made that were accommodated as much as possible. We were very comfortable and would repeat. It has ample garage, easy to maneuver.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place, such a peaceful & quiet place. In less than 2 minutes we were between the trees with our dogs. We had everything we needed in the house, clean & cosy.

House with a lot of charm, it is difficult to translate in words the magic that it feels to be inside and outside, the wonderful pool. A lot of taste and affection in every corner.

Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

We stayed with Mari Carmen for 4 months with 2 dogs. She is friendly and helpful. Responded immediately to minor issues. The apartment is big enough but a little cold in winter. Heating was available. The neighbors are very nice. We had a lovely time. Thanks Mari Carmen

Great apartment with everything we needed. Excellent location, supermarket, 2 pools with snacks bars, 2 restaurants on the door step. Big shopping center 5 mins away and about a 20 min walk into Tavira. Beautiful kept surrounds, very clean and loads of staff around if needed. Travel cot and fresh bedding was provided. 2 Great outdoor terraces and ramp access which is great with a baby. Some noise from resultant across the street on the weekends but finished up by about 1am. Easy check in and out and a very responsive host who was happy to help with anything and check we were having a nice time. Would definitely recommend and we will be back in the future hopefully!

Juanlu was a super accessible host. When any inconvenience arose came running to solve it. He recommended several places to go that were exquisite. Also, he has a restaurant called "La Estrella" and his unbeatable tuna dish. If we go back to Huelva we would definitely go back to the same place.

We were in Huelva to participate in a dance festival and our expectations were exceeded! Great host and great place in a great location! We will all be very happy to come back and will also highly recommend it ❤️ Thank you for everything!

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui
