Waterfront holiday rentals in Playa de Burriana

We had a great stay at Maria Dolores’s place. Would stay again. The apartment was very centrally located but not so close to local attractions that it was noisy. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

It's exactly like the photos. Very clean and provided with a lot of supplies in the kitchen, even beach towels and fun play. Quiet area and remarkably view from the house/balcony. Fits our group of 3 adults fine. Sara responded almost directly to our messages, really quick. The to-do's for the checkout were almost nothing, easy does it. The location is about 10min walk to the beach and the other way around 10min to the old city center.

We stayed two nights, the explanations to find the apartment and then enter it are very well explained. The apartment is ideal, it has a spectacular terrace and a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. It has parking from which you can go up to the apartment by elevator. Perhaps the only thing is that if you go back from the beach you have to climb a good hill but otherwise it is ideal.

This is a nice apartment in a wonderful location. The decoration and layout are very good, the kitchen appliances and accessories are good and the furniture is great. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The small patio was very nice for breakfast or just sitting and reading. José was very receptive and helped us throughout the stay. We had a great visit and we'll make sure to come back.

The house is beautiful, it’s tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, and the views over Nerja and Torrox are stunning. You can sit up in bed and look out over the ocean in the morning, and watch the moonlight of an evening in complete peace. Lots of really helpful info and recommendations. The Casa Joya app was incredibly helpful and we used it to find everything we needed. Throughout our stay Lisa was friendly and attentive and we couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant host!! We did not hire a car and got about on the buses and by walking along the beach into Nerja. The beach is on your doorstep and it was calm with lots of Spanish people enjoying the sun. If you prefer the pool the communal area is spotlessly clean and peaceful, we loved it. I would return to Casa Joya and Nerja in a heartbeat. Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

We had an unforgettable stay at Jane's house. Jane and Philippe were wonderful hosts, who welcomed us, and recommended different restaurants, and even booked two restaurants upon our arrival, including one with a Flamenco show. The village of Salobrena is so picturesque, pretty. Jane's house is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the best of this rental is the rooftop terrace. we spent a lot of time there. we would highly recommend this place, and will be happy to come back.

A beautiful apartment. All the comforts. Nearby a great supermarket (where everything was for sale), butchers, bakers, shops, restaurants etc. Stunning views over the sea. From the apartment, you can reach the beach and the boulevard in no time. We enjoyed it!

It was wonderfully easy to reach everything in Nerja and the house is very cozy! Many not uniform but pretty ceramics, simple but well-functioning cookware. Everything there is, but no frivolous luxury. That's how we like it: like in real life! Thanks for the beautiful and uncomplicated accommodation!

Very nice accommodation and as advertised. Climbing the stairs may require a little effort, but the view is well worth it! It went very well, I would recommend it in a second. Thank you for hosting us:)

We had a lovely stay in Andalucia. The view from this home is EVERYTHING!🤩 The furnishings and essentials were tasteful and the neighborhood very quiet. A great spot to relax after busy days in the sun.

Absolutely loved our stay at Residence La Ola. Our host Michel was so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The property is exactly as described and more. The property was super spacious for us ( a family of 5 adults and a four year old) with every you will need for a fab stay. It was immaculately clean and comfortable with super impressive aircon keeping the property really comfortable. The pool was a huge highlight for us and we spent hours each day in the pool relaxing and having fun. I can't wait to come back already The location is close to beaches, restaurants and bars but the area of the property is quiet and peaceful in walking distance to local supermarkets also. Don't hesitate to book this property for an amazing stay in Nerja.

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, functional and tastefully furnished. Of course, we particularly liked the incomparable sea view from the large terrace. We were even able to observe many dolphins on several days. Particularly noteworthy is the great amenities of the apartment, great kitchen, Jacuzzi, grill, and in the playroom, sups, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. Everything you need on vacation was available and everything in the best quality and with great instruction and therefore easy to use, The communication with Fredrik and Camilla was perfect, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

The local contact in Nerja, Paco, was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. In fact he drove us to the bus station as we traveled on to our next destination.

Beautiful flat, well located for the beach and local restaurants. Very easy to get into Malaga. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time with my daughter. Listing is as described. The view of the sea and the sunset is breathtaking. The pedestrian street can be noisy in the evening. But the apartment is very nice and quiet for sleeping. The beach is rarely crowded. We enjoyed it!

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! Ramón is a very friendly and warm host who welcomed us personally at his place. The apartment is well equipped, and the size is perfect for 2 people. You will even find equipment for heading to the beach. The bed is big and comfy, the bathroom is clean. The balcony is facing west and great for the sunset. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bus station (bus to Málaga), the beach: everything is just around the corner. There is one small downside: it's noisy. If you are a sensitive sleeper, bring some earplugs, or else the noise from the street or the neighbors can get to you. None of this is in Ramóns hands, obviously. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come again!

We stayed at Pedro’s flat due to a family gathering, our stay was only for four nights but could easily have stayed longer. Lovely flat, everything we needed was provided. Pedro is a great host, responded very quickly and was very helpful at check in. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our short stay, would definitely book again.
