El Jardín #7: Beautiful, new apartment with kitchen & A/C!

Great newly remodeled apartment (2023)! It is on the first floor and has a comfortable king size bed, private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, a 25'' TV, a hammock on the terrace and a private kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, etc. Very cool and cozy. We have very good fiber-optic Wi-Fi (30Mbps minimum) from Telmex and also from Starlink. At El Jardín we have more than 10 homes available on Airbnb, in case you are interested in any other option.

Central room on the third floor of our house, we live on the second floor. 10 mins from the world famous surf beach Playa Zicatela, also 15 min from beautiful Carrisallio beach and 5 mins from the biggest super market in town. The room has hot water and a fan, even though it is really fresh up there. The kitchen is small and outside. Because the apartment is designed to keep it fresh, it is not soundproof. Noise from neighbors dog or rooster can happen, but there is almost no mosquitoes.
