The best place to stay in downtown for the price , right in the middle of the best places walking distance that KC has to offer . The home is very comfortable , squeaky clean , amazing views with amazing things to do both inside and outside . The hosts also reply very fast which makes them very reliable ! Well definitely stay here again .

We loved this super cute apartment. 4 of us girls had a night out and was a great location to walk to Power and Light. Super clean and felt safe!! Great to get breakfast across the street before checking out the next morning!

I felt right at home. She had a comfortable home to relax in with all the amenities you need! If you need coffee, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap - then it is provided. If you need a vacuum then you have it. Just bring your clothes & food and your set! We could come and go do our touristy stuff and Francis would keep us updated with things going on or asked if we were fine! She sent us directions to check in and check out. If I had any questions, she was fast to react with answers. Overall, it was a great place to stay and right across from a coffee shop! Who can ask for anything else! We were traveling as a family with a 1 year old. Crody's place was perfect. Having a high chair and pack-and-play was essential. Also the proximity to a park with a playground was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great apartment for 2 people to spend time in Downtown KC! The host Caleb was very responsive and had great check in instructions! Street car access is close and there is so much to do! Plenty of Uber and Lyft cars around if you need to go further out of the city. Place was nice and clean, and security staff were very helpful and friendly! Had a dead battery when we went to leave and security had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for that! Checking in is a simple process but can be confusing if you don’t read the instructions carefully! Building is a bit confusing when you first arrive but we had it down after a few times leaving and returning! If I had to find one bad with this place it would be the squeaky metal bed frame. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame needs to be tightened, and have some WD-40 treatment. 4.8 out of 5 for sure will be using again when visiting downtown KC again! Cheers

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

Very nice and comfortable stay. Bed is comfortable had great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is stocked with what we needed. Will stay here again if we come back for any reason.

Melanie was great and helpful to any questions we had! Check in was smooth! A little difficult to locate certain unit, but once found it was easy to access! Good privacy and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would return if in the area! Perfect for small group travels.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

The apartment is in a great location, & the added bonus of a dedicated parking space is Much appreciated. There is a fair amount of street noise, but in this urban environment it is to be expected. The apartment was clean & comfortable. There was a maintenance issue with the building, but the host was proactive & responded to the problem before I was aware of it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.

Great apartment, great surroundings, easy to get to anywhere in the city within 15mins. The parking garage was really helpful for loading and unloading to the apartment. Adam is very responsive and helpful!

This place is fantastic. One of the best AirbBnBs I’ve stayed at. Beautifully laid out, kitchen has what you need, comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, scenic views (corner unit with lots of windows) and perfectly located. Loved this place and the hosts!! First time to KC and it was so fun I’ll be coming back for sure! The place was nice, comfortable, and enjoyable. Hot tub and king bed was the best part of the stay!

Everything was great and very clear instructions. Great location, walkable to most things and felt safe. Even if we did Uber, it was $10 to anything around that we wanted to go to. Very large space with plenty of room!

Property was just exactly as it was in the pictures. Patio and backyard were very peaceful places to be during sunset. All the rooms were very spacious and clean. Very big property and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended to those looking for a big place to stay with friends or family!!

The outdoor pool was the star. Every age enjoyed it. The deck provided the perfect place for an evening of family recollections, storytelling and tall tales. The indoor games helped to keep us entertained. Close to shops and a variety of restraunts.

you can tell more about people when something goes a little wrong than when everything is perfect. There was a small mechanical issue with the pool and they sent the nicest person out to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure all our kiddos could continue to use the pool. even though it would have been much cheaper for them to close the pool. This speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. we would totally stay there again if we ever were in the KC area.
