Cottage holiday rentals in Platja d'Aro i S'Agaró

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home, Jordi was incredibly helpful and friendly making us feel welcome. The house is set in the most stunning location, surrounded by peaceful woodlands and a huge garden with a lovely large pool — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. One of the highlights for us was spotting the striking Hoopoe flying through the garden. The house itself is spacious, airy, and thoughtfully designed, blending beautifully with the local surroundings. It’s ideal for two families, with two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and two more bedrooms upstairs that sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. We also loved the large games room & outdoor table tennis, which kept everyone entertained. Jordi provided great restaurant recommendations, and we enjoyed exploring some incredible spots in Girona. But honestly, most evenings we were more than happy dining on the outdoor using the large brick-built BBQ and soaking up the peaceful atmostphere

Fantastic stay. We hosted our womens holistic health retreat here and the host was phenomenal. Let me come visit the property beforehand, was helpful the entire time, highly responsive, high speed wifi. Allowance to the spa with some extra time which was much appreciated. Catered to our needs for different rooms for our 8 guests. This property can easily fit more than double that however, huge space, beautiful outdoors and spa. 10/10 recommend!

Masia encantadora con capacidad para grandes grupos, barbacoa y piscina. Dorotea y Fran fueron muy atentos en todo momento, gracias por dejarnos pasar un fin de semana que recordaremos siempre.

Clara i Gerard majisimos y atentos. La casa súper bonita y la ubicación es tranquila que es lo que buscábamos. El check in suele ser entre 17h y 18h y check out 11h o 12h Si vas por dos noches no sé si compensa. Definitivamente compensará una semana entera. Nosotros fuimos con un bebé y un perro y disfrutamos mucho de la tranquilidad

Adonay ha sido atento y amable y nos ha resuelto cada duda que teníamos. Y mira que climáticamente estaba difícil el día. Lluvia. Nieve. El sitio es como estar en el paraíso. Tranquilo. Íntimo.

Una escapada perfecta al paraíso rural Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es espectacular, con unas vistas impresionantes al campo que invitan al descanso y la desconexión total. Los jardines están cuidados con mimo, y el jacuzzi es el toque perfecto para relajarse al final del día. La casa está decorada con muchísimo gusto, combinando estilo y calidez, y está equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La temperatura fue siempre muy agradable, sin necesidad de aire acondicionado ni calefacción, lo cual también se agradece. Yolanda y Joan fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Son una pareja encantadora que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Disfrutamos de mucha tranquilidad e intimidad, justo lo que buscábamos. Sin duda, es un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Nos hemos quedado sin palabras. Nuestras expectativas no solo se cumplieron, sino que fueron ampliamente superadas. Decidimos visitar a Montse guiados por las recomendaciones en su perfil, y podemos confirmar que cada palabra escrita sobre ella es absolutamente cierta. Desde el primer momento, te sientes como en casa. Cada detalle, la calidez del espacio, el trato cercano y genuino… todo contribuye a una experiencia íntima, familiar y profundamente acogedora. super sejour dans un environnement calme et reposant ... la maison est tres propre avec tout ce qu il faut ... la piscine est parfaite pour se rafraichir avec une vue top .. les hôtes sont tres reactifs et agreables ... merci à Eraldo et Sofia ... seul regret sejour trop court ...

La casa de Geraldine y Adri está genial para pasar el finde tranquilo. Queda dentro de una urbanización que en la parte posterior tiene una reserva natural y hemos visto ciervos y avestruces!. Entorno tranquilo y natural, fácil aparcar. La casa dispone de varios ambientes (salón comedor grande, zona de juegos, exterior) que para 11 personas adultas ha resultado muy cómodo. La distribución de las habitaciones no nos ha agradado del todo ya que el salón de juegos (donde está el billar) se convierte en habitación al tener 2 sofás dobles. Los anfitriones han estado muy atentos, y nos han aclarado cualquier duda.

je recommande fortement ce logement il est parfait pour une famille, les enfants ont adoré les parties de ping pong, ils se sont baigné. on a pu faire de super barbecues. quartier calme pour la période c etait parfait.

Autèntica casa històrica plena de racons amb encant. Ideal per descansar i gaudir del silenci d’un poble al mig de l’Empordà!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans ce logement, idéal pour se détendre et s’amuser. Tout était propre, confortable, et surtout très bien équipé : billard, baby-foot, borne d’arcade, cage de foot, espace musculation, piscine… Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et agréable. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Merci encore et bonne continuation à vous !

Dolors is such a wonderful host, and the whole masia is simply incredible. The place is rich in history, and you can really feel the care and love that has gone into maintaining it. We went with a big group, and it was perfect for us. The location is ideal for exploring the Garrotxa region, just 30 minutes away from the larger towns in the area. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, creating a truly magical atmosphere. We were so happy with our stay and are already planning to come back!

Had a lovely week in this fisherman’s cottage. Just big enough for the 3 of us, well-equipped and clean. Decent beds, good sheets & towels. It’s an attractive place nicely done. Highlights were the very close access to sea and beaches nearby, the outside table and shower, and the air conditioning - very necessary with 30+ degree weather all week! Fornells is a real gem, such a beautiful village with multiple beautiful places to jump in the sea, and we went nearly every day to the little bar in the harbour for an aperitif. Nearby Begur also highly recommended. Practically, you can drive a car (just) to the house to unload & load luggage, but you’ll need to park it in the Platja Fonda car park 5 mins or so away for €3 per day. I paid in one go and the parking guy gave me a ticket for 7 days, so we went in & out a few times for shopping etc.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en familia muy agradable en Mas El Vilar. A pesar de que el tiempo no nos ha acompañado mucho, hemos podido disfrutar de los paisajes cercanos a la casa y del jardín. La casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar un bonito fin de semana. Destacaría la fácil y rápida comunicación con la anfitriona Mar y la comodidad de los colchones!

Hem passat un cap de setmana de 10. La casa està impecable, l’espai es molt gran i es perfecte per a no sortir de casa i gaudir del jardí i la piscina. Recomenable 100%, tornarem segur!

La maison de Salut est un petit paradis, entourée d'un magnifique jardin offrant de nombreux endroits où se poser. Il y a beaucoup de balades en partant de la maison et de nombreuses visites à faire, pas très loin (Gerone, Banyoles, Cadaques...). Salut nous a particulièrement bien reçues ! Nous envisageons d'y retourner!

Todo perfecto, la casa es preciosa y la ubicación es fantástica!! Nos encantaría volver sin duda.

Un lugar mágico, sin duda alguna las fotos no reflejan lo bonito que es y la experiencia vivida. Fuimos en grupo, 7 adultos, 3 bebés y 1 perro, y cada uno disfrutó a su manera. El contacto con los sementales y yeguas, simplemente abrir la ventana de la cocina y/o la puerta de la casa y poder disfrutar de su vida en la finca, invaluable. Poder dar un paseo en en el lago que tienen en la finca, bellísimo. Sin duda alguna repetiremos y recomendaremos! Especial mención a Lola por haber sido tan acogedora.

This place was absolutely beautiful. From the accommodations to the surrounding area, it was perfect. We had access to a washing machine and everything else we needed. There is a close by market that was so convenient. The grounds, and the pool, are beautifully kept. Will be back!!

Oriol’s cottage is the perfect spot if you are attending an event at the castell d’Empordà it’s a two minute walk in beautiful and peaceful Surroundings. There is plenty to do locally and a car makes things easier to explore The cottage itself is lovely very comfortable And peaceful. If you are driving park at the castle and walk much easier than trying to get close to drop your bags down the tiny street It’s a great place to stay

We had a great week at the house which was a 20 minute walk into town so easy access to shops and the train station which took us into Girona in less than 10 minutes. The house is charming, with lovely furnishings. A very comfortable place to spend time. Stephane and Mar are wonderful hosts and very kindly arranged a taxi for us to go out for dinner in a nearby restaurant. A lovely, tranquil spot surrounded by nature, and close proximity to all amenities.
