Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Cucuvaya House is an old renovated house on two levels, located in the traditional village of Pano Platanias Chania. It took its name from a white owl that for years gazed, like the house, at the endless blue of the Cretan Sea. The house has open spaces and it is literally on the edge of the cliff, offering a breathtaking panoramic sea view.There's also a private parking. Ideal for quiet & romantic sunsets on the terrace.
