Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

We stayed for 9 days in September in the beautiful and clean apartment 1 with amazing (sunset) seaview. Maria and her husband gave us a warm welcome when we arrived late in the evening. Communication with the host was good and fast. Our bed was changed every other day and we received clean towels, provided by a correct and friendly cleaner. There is a small supermarket downstairs and good restaurants. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Thanks for everything Danai and Maria.

And when we felt like being a bit more adventurous, it served as a fantastic base for exploring the area. We were lucky enough to meet Niki, the wonderful lady who takes care of the property. She kept everything in tip-top shape and was a total gem, sharing tons of local tips and tricks that made our stay even better! One of our favorite things was cooking dinner on the coals outside and enjoying coffee al fresco throughout the day. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the good vibes. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

Nice apartment! Worth it

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

I honestly don’t think I have enough words to describe my stay at this amazing place. From the very first moment, Fani made me feel completely at home. The apartment has everything you could possibly need—from toiletries and kitchenware to thoughtful little touches. She even left me some olive oil from her dad’s small farm, which was such a lovely surprise! The WiFi works well, and if you’re lucky—like I was—Fani might even become your friend. She’s always available to help, and she also offers her guests great deals on island tours. As a local, her recommendations are truly spot-on. Fani isn’t just a great host—she’s a wonderful person. Honestly, I feel like I paid almost nothing for the level of service I received. The apartment is very spacious, and you definitely won’t regret staying here.

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

We had a really nice time! The place was super clean and tidy, there was nothing to complain about. Even though the decor is a little older, it has a lot of charm, kind of cozy and homely. Every morning the garbage was taken, the pool was cleaned and the towels were replaced regularly, really top service! The cleaner was super friendly and did a great job. Denise, our host, was just great, super likeable and always available if we had any questions. She provided us with the best tips on what to do nearby and where to eat good food. that was very helpful! We also thought the location was really good: a small, quiet village, totally idyllic, but still situated in such a way that you can reach everything quickly. For us, just the right mix of relaxed and central. We highly recommend the place! ♥️

We had a great time in the small but beautiful Exo Chora! The front yard offers lots of great seating and the bed is cozy. Georgia was very helpful and tried to make our stay as good as possible! :)

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. In Robert's large, very clean blue house we felt very comfortable throughout. The house is functionally furnished and has large balconies from which you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. With the rental car you can take many beautiful tours from here. Nearby is a tavern where large, tasty portions are offered at reasonable prices. Robert is a likeable, friendly and helpful host who is an open, interesting conversationalist but still reserved. The blue house is highly recommended. We'll be back on our next visit to the island of Zakynthos.

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Our visit to Zakynthos in early October provided us with some more clouds, a little rain and closed locations on the island. But at the same time a quiet island with all the space to admire the BEAUTIFUL sea and enjoy the BLISSFUL food and the FANTASTIC people. Our stay at Lofos Soilis made the dream complete. The apartment spacious, was cleaned every day and we had the best, sea view from the front door view! Dionysia was incredibly nice, very flexible in check in and check out and gave good tips on what to do on the island. We will definitely go back to Lofos Soilis on a next visit to Zakynthos!

Great apartment, very clean, beautiful view, great restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. At first, the towels were missing, but Panagiotis responded immediately and 30 minutes later everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful time on this wonderful island!

Rania’s apartment was in a great location! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and was in the heart of Tsilivi with markets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Rania was very friendly and accommodating!

The appartement is very nice , it's beautiful, it's located in the main street for shops. there are restaurants around. We were there in May and there was no noise in the evening/night. as people write : the shower is in the toilets but once you know it works fine there is no issue, just swap the floor when everyone has finished :) The hot water works fine. There is a small balcony where you can have a drink and also put your wet items used on the beach. Moreover Dyonisa is very nice, she answered nicely all my questions.

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie

What a lovely, quiet place right at the pebble beach, with a lot of space and a garden that has developed to be even more beautiful than shown in the pics. With the multiple sunbeds and separated areas on the plot it is great for couples as well as families with kids. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the sea. Kostas´family was always helpful and hospitable. The apartment was as described and left little to be desired. We´d be happy to come back again some day.
