Very nice and comfortable accommodation, clean and well-equipped. Very quiet hamlet and at the same time very close to the sea, ideal! Very good communication with the owner. We had a lovely week. I would recommend it!

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Accommodation completely in line with the listing, well-designed and clean. On foot from the village of Matignon which offers all amenities thanks to its many shops.

We were here 10 years ago and have never forgotten the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We will surely come back at some point and will only leave here with difficulty. A little piece of heaven on earth.

Beautiful apartment right in the center of Dinan. Ann-Katherin was wonderful as a host and made us feel right at home with excellent suggestions of restaurants and activities in the area.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

Very nice studio, great location in relation to the city center, the port and the beach of Caroual. Olivier gave us a very nice description of the places to visit, very good culinary advice also for a good value for money. We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. Very good stay, the apartment is clean and well-equipped. Well located, in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. Listing as described and very nice.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

We stayed 1 night and the small apartment was great. It offers everything we needed and there were also nice touches throughout. I do recommend to other guest.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
