Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Plaisir

Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war super😊tolle Lage, direkt in der Nähe vom Eiffelturm und Triumphbogen sowie einer Metro Station vor der Tür. Etwas verwirrend ist es mit der Hausnummern da die in der Check In Anleitung angegebene Nummer nicht an der Tür ist wo es in das Haus reingeht sondern etwas weiter. Aber letztendlich haben wir es gefunden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Auf den Fotos sah sie etwas größer aus aber da man ja eh meistens nur zum schlafen dort ist ist es ok. Leider hatten wir zu unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung neben uns Bauarbeiten, aber da man tagsüber eh immer unterwegs war war alles gut.

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was priceless! The apartment was very comfortable and a lovely oasis to come home to each evening. Thank you, Christophe! You are a gracious host and we appreciated your personal tips about your place , as well as suggestions for restaurants and shopping in the area.

Très bon séjour chez Muriel et Franck. instructions très claires pour trouver le logement, parking sécurisé aux abords. Zone piétonne dynamique mais calme le soir. Facilité d'accès pour Paris, Versailles, etc grâce au RER et au bus. Belles chambres, cuisine fonctionnelle, canapé-lit confortable. Je recommande ce logement sans problème. La communication de Muriel et Franck était parfaite. Merci encore à eux.

Sarahs Wohnung ist sehr schön, sie befindet sich in einem sehr hübschen Vorort von Paris, perfekt mit dem RER A zum Zentrum von Paris angebunden. Es gibt in Saint-Germain en Laye ein Schloss, schöne Geschäfte, sehr viele Restaurants und einen schönen Markt wenige Minuten zu Fuss von der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Sarah war sehr gut, schnell und hilfreich. Wir würden wiederkommen!

We were two families with 9 people total. There was room for one family in two bedrooms and a family for four in the upstairs bedroom. There was a toilet in every floor (3) and a great little outdoor area. Washer and dryer on the top floor in the office area of the bedroom. It was a 15 min walk from the metro station and a 2-5 min walk to a grocery store, cafe, restaurants, playground, bakery, all in an adorable neighborhood. And a river walk and river access about 5 min walk as well. Really nice stay in a very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Loved being on the A train line, so helpful for staying near Paris. Also went to st Germaine at the end of the A line, what a great place!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Et utrolig koselig hus i nydelige omgivelser. Stor hage som var utmerket for barna, og det var romslig, rent og fint innvendig. Huset var utstyrt med det nødvendigste, i gangavstand til butikker (10 minutter) og tog (2 minutter). Vi tog toget direkte til sentrum av Paris, Disneyland og til nydelige Saint Germain en Laye - veldig praktisk. Selv om toget går jevnlig rett forbi huset, opplevde vi det ikke som plagsomt. Verten var svært hyggelig og behjelpelig, han hadde gode anbefalinger og tips! Vi møtte også hushjelpen som var utrolig skjønn og hjelpsom. Anbefaler virkelig dette huset for reise med større gruppe og barn, og verten er fantastisk!

Nous avons passé un super Week-End en famille chez Frederica. La maison est grande, pratique, et l'extérieur nous a permis de profiter du temps superbe. Le contact à été fluide, Fréderica a été très sympathique, claire sur les instructions, et très arrangeante sur les modalités d'entrée-sortie. Merci pour tout !

Clean, modern house within easy reach of the areas we wanted to visit. Hot tub was a bonus.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Iteb ! Après nous avoir accueilli comme des princes, Iteb a pris le temps de nous présenter le logement et de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chaque équipement de l’espace piscine. L’espace piscine est tout simplement grandiose ! Piscine de 14m de longueur, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, espace fitness avec écran géant et siège massant dernier cri ! Tout simplement génial ! Iteb sait et aime recevoir, il est généreux, très sympathique et ne manque pas de sujets de conversation ! Nous avons également eut la chance de pouvoir accéder à son incroyable cinéma tout équipé pour une séance privé que nous ne sommes prêt d’oublier ! Un séjour inoubliable ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci pour tout Iteb ;)

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'appartement ainsi que la gentillesse et la réactivité de Katie à notre arrivé un peu en avance... L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Versailles, au calme, lumineux et très bien équipé pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) Les commerces sont au pied du bel immeuble, le château, le marché couvert et le RERC sont à 5min. ps: parking gratuit dimanche, facile de se garer dans la rue. Merci nous reviendrons !

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Très bel environnement en bordure de forêt au calme. Le superbe centre ville avec ses caneaux est accessible à pied, avec plusieurs belles randonnées, et châteaux à proximité. Appartement très bien équipé. Merci à Cyril pour ses conseils.
