Holiday rentals with a patio in Plaisance, Paris

The apt was very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, walkable to several metro stops, buses and lots of great restaurants. We also liked that the building was very secure and that there was an elevator. Agnes’s was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We recommend staying here.

Maurice and the team really are amazing hosts. The place was clean, and it provides comfort while you are away from home, and it's very close to everything. I would recommend this unit to everyone. It will make your vacation wonderful.

I loved my time at this airbnb! Great neighborhood, felt really safe, close to the metro and rue du commerce where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was really clean, with a cute balcony where you can eat breakfast while looking at the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. We visited during a heatwave, which made sleeping in the bedroom challenging as there’s no air conditioning, but Antoine had left fans which helped somewhat. There’s limited storage space, so we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, but for a short weekend stay, this wasn’t a big issue. The location is excellent — the metro is right at your doorstep, and it’s very central for getting around, whether by metro or Uber. It’s situated on a lively main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve been to Paris many times, and this is by far the nicest and most spacious apartment I’ve stayed in! The fact that it’s Antoine’s personal home really made it feel welcoming, with thoughtful touches you don’t usually find in a typical Airbnb. Thanks again! I do recommend Antoines place!

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

A very nice little studio in Paris! You are in a beautiful neighborhood, safe and lively with everything you need nearby (shops, restaurants, metros...). The accommodation is well designed, you don't miss anything! The shared balcony is nice, we enjoyed Luna's company😻. Good communication with Laure, very convenient autonomous arrival!

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

Very nice apartment, very well decorated. Comfort worthy of a very good hotel. Ideal location next to Roland Garros! The connected lock didn't work, but a huge thank you to the owner who answered the phone after 11 p.m. and unlocked the door in 10 minutes!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

A fairly spacious place for a group of 10 people (3 families), we settled in perfectly. We highly recommend it for other people looking for a large and comfortable accommodation in Paris. To get around Paris, we walked about 500 m to the nearest metro station (Chatillon) and from there about 30 minutes to get to places like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Montmartre, etc. In general, we had a good time at Yohan's house.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.
