Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Plaisance, Paris

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Cozy space, great host

I love this apartment! It fits so much in a small space, while still making the apartment feel big. I also loved the little reading nook involved as well. We were also welcomed to a few glasses of wine that was there, and made my first tim in Paris feel much more welcoming! The host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend!

My husband has mobility issues. There are but 3 steps to get to the apartment. M4 has lift access at Yousra's, though entry in central Paris can prove difficult. Alternative: take the tram to Cite Universitaire, then the RER B. The RER, being more modern, is better equipped with Lifts and escalators. Thanks to the lift in the house and the closeness of public transport, we spent a wonderful week in Paris exploring. In between we relaxed in Yousra's studio, which is light and breezy, everything in one room, in reach. I loved it. I'm into tiny houses and realise, in Paris it is just a normal, single apartment. A particular bonus is the bakery Thelevine. Their croissants and pain au chocolate are heavenly, so is the pain de champagne. Franprix (like Tesco) is next doors to it. Greengrocers across the road from them. You pass them as you come / go to the Metro. So convenient. The area is a normal living area. Not especially cute, yet cute enough, safe and quiet. It was perfect for us.

Place is better than the pictures. Back balcony is private, quiet and view of Eiffel Tower. Bed comfortable and spacious living area. Whole place comfortable and well appointed. Great host with many local recommendations. The best place I've stay in Paris by far. Also, the 14 arrondisement is a gem. Would definitely recommend and return.

My wife and I loved this apartment...great location between 2 Metro stations, a grocery store, and Excellent restaurants within walking distance, Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace, we definitely recommend this host and and apartment.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Stayed here a couple nights when in Paris. Good location. 5-10min walk to the metro. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Small apartment but a good location in a quiet neighborhood which was great for our stay.

The apartment is very functional, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, the subway is about 20 minutes' walk from the apartment, but there are many buses a few minutes away. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment. It was a very comfortable stay.

Great stay at the studio hosted by Safaa! Comfortable, fully equipped and well located, with multiple services nearby and easy access to public transportation. It is an ideal place for those who search for a longer stay in Paris. Safaa was quite approachable and friendly. I totally recommend it!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We really loved this place! The view from the high floor was so amazing. You can have a really good view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was super clean. It had everything we needed. Laurence was also really friendly and super quick to reply. This was definitely my favorite stay in Paris, and I'd love to come back next time!
