Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Regarding the host: Mathieu will be very responsive, concerned about your well-being and quick to give any advice you want! Regarding the accommodation: it is in the image of the host and it is even better than in the photos, everything necessary is provided (and for us ladies, even the hair dryer)! The sofa bed is very comfortable, the apartment is very bright, the building is very quiet and very clean, the incredible view and the sun will make your evenings very sweet! Rarely seen a home that lives up to its promises to this extent! Bonus: you will have slippers (men's and women's sizes) upon arrival! Everything is done to make your stay perfect and peaceful! It's clean, it's beautiful, it's clear, it's functional, it's perfect! This is the apartment I will recommend to everyone, to any couple (maybe less to families), as a Parisian, the cocoon I would like to have! Go ahead and close your eyes, before I steal it from you ;)!

We loved our stay in Adrien’s beautiful apartment - it was so well designed and peaceful despite being in such a busy area (which we also loved - brilliant bars and restaurants nearby). We’d definitely stay again. Super clear communication and very helpful with everything we needed throughout the weekend.

We could walk to many museums from the apartment. Decent restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious. Alix was very responsive to our inquiries and gave great advice. This was a great place to stay in comfort while visiting and exploring Paris!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is....it was absolutely perfect. The location is insane - close to SO many restaurants and shops and the river. The market place the block behind the apartment was an absolute gem, we walked there for coffee and lunch several times during our stay. The Eiffel Tower is literally 10 minutes, and of course the view was just stunning. My husband and I could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first time to Paris. And Tanguy was incredible - very friendly and helpful. We loved every minute and can not wait to go back.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Montmartre! We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment in Montmartre. It is exactly as in the pictures – clean, attractively decorated and equipped with every comfort. It immediately felt like home. The neighborhood and the surrounding area are buzzing with energy, with cozy streets full of food shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. On the Lime bikes, you can get where you want to go in no time, and they were ready everywhere nearby. A super fun and fast way to explore Paris. Julie responds quickly to questions and gave us great tips about the neighborhood. In short: this apartment is an absolute must for those who want to experience Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Absolutely perfect location, private but also in the middle of everything. The louvre, gardens, and so many cafes are within walking distance. The metro is also very close. We look forward to visiting again.

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was as advertised. It had amazing views of the city and Eifel Tower. It was very comfortable and it had all the modern amenities. We would stay here again and we would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Grégory was very helpful and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. The Metro stop was only a 6 minute walk. We loved our stay and we hope to return in the future.

Lovely apartment and responsive host

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

Isobel was always very helpful and available. The house is stunning and located in a beautiful area, with all services close by. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays. The interiors are tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and style
