This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family (maximum 4 people). You will have a refurbished cabin studio, opposite the Joliot-Curie high school and 50 m from the beach and all amenities, with a view of Mont Saint-Clair.☺️ There is free parking nearby, swimming pool, bus, night markets and various rentals: boat, jet-ski. shops and restaurants are at the foot of the building. Very well appointed cozy studio of 20m2 inside and 10m2 of closed loggia ideal during the warm season (unheated loggia but you have blankets and blankets to enjoy in winter). Relax in this bright and recently renovated home on the second floor without access. Your arrival will be autonomous with a key box. Linens and towels are available, as well as all kitchen amenities. You'll be able to connect to wifi, too. Beaches and restaurants are 200 m away. A bakery and Lidl less than 10 minutes walk away. Bus station nearby. We're happy to host you in our apartment.
