Well-insulated residence with elevator, equipped kitchen, new 160 bedding of very good quality with reading lights. Shower, toilet; Bike storage, free private parking. Fish markets! Numerous tours in the area! Plomarc'h natural site! Cape Sizun and the Crozon peninsula! New decoration!!!

You'll love my place because of the view and the comfort. It is perfect for couples. My accommodation is located at Port RHU near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city center of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Nearby bars and restaurants and in Tréboul the thalasso center. My apartment is located on the 3rd floor with private staircase. For parking, no problem, 2 free parking lots nearby.

Apartment with large covered terrace offering splendid sea views. Direct access to Les Sables Blancs beach and its water activities. Thalasso Valdys is right next door. Access to the GR34 for superb hikes. Close-by shops and restaurants. 3rd and top floor in a secure luxury residence with swimming pool open from 6/15 to 9/15, Wi-Fi, private underground parking, elevators. Pedestrian path leading to the marina. Great for discovering our beautiful region.

Very nice house renovated with care recently, with sea view and close to the beach. We stayed there as a family with our kids/teens and they really loved it, including of course the very nice indoor pool when we got back from the walks. Karine is super welcoming and helped us in a very proactive and warm way to settle in and find the right places in the area. We strongly recommend this great place in Finistere!

We spent a wonderful week in Ty Caprice. Eric and Sandrine greeted us and showed us everything in the house. We immediately felt at home. The view of the sea from the terrace and living room is beautiful. Many hikes are possible from the house, but you should definitely bring good shoes. A very successful holiday, which we would repeat at any time.
