⭐ 5/5 A wonderful Villa stay, thoughtful and relaxing! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful very private Villa. The setting was peaceful and very relaxing especially beside the beautiful pool. The Villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to get us started. From everyday essentials like tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks, to beer, kitchen supplies, and plenty of fresh towels, the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Theodora was very responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations in Pitsidia village, ‘The Bakery’, ‘Raftis’ etc and other beautiful Cretan restaurants in nearby villages, all which were very much appreciated and easy to get to by car also. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A true gem!

We (a group of 11 adults and 4 kids) spent one week in the Villa Grabella and we loved it! The house was big enough for us with all the bedrooms (each bedroom with own toilet/shower), living room, kitchen and the terrace with pool. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook your own meals. The terrace and the pool and especially the view was stunning! Supermarkets and various restaurants are very close, you don‘t need a car for it. The Kommos beach is about a half an hour walk from the villa. Our communication with Antonis was great, he replied to our messages always very fast and was very friendly. We would recommend the villa to everyone. 5 stars!

Really magical place. Just a stone's throw from the village center. The place was comfy, well thought out, clean, the views were amazing and Monica was very kind and flexible. I would absolutely recommend this place :)

We had an amazing week at the Villa with 3 generations of our family, 6 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for us all and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The Villa really is a home from home. The road to the Villa is unfinished so if hiring a car pick an 4x4 or SUV. You can manage without a car as there is a supermarket 10 min walk away and a few restaurants in the village. The Villa has an amazing view, and we experienced stunning sunsets looking out to the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgios’ place. Communication with him and his wife was very smooth — they responded quickly whenever we had a question and were also very flexible with the check-in. The flat is a dream and waking up every morning to such a beautiful view right by the beach felt like a real fairytale. We truly felt that they cared about us — they kept us informed about important things (like an earthquake) and other helpful updates. We highly recommend the flat and them as hosts. Would definitely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

We are Crete veterans, but had never actually stayed in Pitsidia before, so it was great to be able to explore what the village has on offer - restaurants, bars and shops. We felt really at home in Bryan's place and it was really comfortable and spacious and very well equipped. It's great to spend on time on either the main terrace or upper balcony and nice to be able to use the communal pool area. There is a fantastic collection of English books and guide books to Crete, which is an added bonus. We met Bryan and Sue towards the end of our stay and they are lovely people.

The villa is perfect for couples / families who enjoy a calm, peaceful and relaxing environment. The views and sunsets are stunning. Everything in the villa is modern, spotless clean and the pool and terrace offer everything you need to relax and cool down. Close by in the village and near the beach you’ll find some lovely restaurants and shops. We can definitely recommend this lovely villa.

We had a great time, like at home! As soon as we had any questions, our Host responded and gave us all the support we needed! Very pleasant outdoor space, strategic location for nearby Matala and the surrounding beaches, we look forward to returning
