The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Övre plan innehåller dubbelsäng för 2st, badrum med dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin. Uteplats i form av altan finns. När busshållplats (200m) med goda förbindelser till Piteå C, Luleå och Älvsbyn. Nära till natur och skog. Fina skogsstigar. Allmän fotbollsplan inom 200 m. Infarten med de vita grindarna.

Härbret

Det rustika "Härbret" med sovloft bjuder på en mysig vistelse med känsla av att vara nära naturen. Köksdelen har kyl, kaffebryggare och kokplattor. "Kaminrummet" med många fönster har en egen vedeldad kamin som som både värmer och skapar en alldeles egen atmosfär. En toalett (vattenlös sk. Separett) finns i anslutning till Kaminrummet. Dörr från kaminrummet leder till egen uteplats. Duschen finns ute i den vedeldade bastu-vagnen. 520 kr/natt/1 person , sen 190kr/natt för varje extra gäst

In summer you can experience bright nights under the midnight sun. In winter you can experience lots of snow, long dark days and, if you are lucky, the beautiful Northern Lights. Take a walk through the forest and maybe spot a moose or a reindeer. Relax with family or friends in front of the fireplace and enjoy the view through the large windows out. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G
