The apartment is great, the view is gorgeous, there is everything you need, I really liked it. There may be only one inconvenience, if someone lives next door, it may be inconvenient, there is almost no privacy

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

This place was incredibly easy to find, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that truly values nature and animals. The area is safe, clean, and filled with kind, well-educated Russian Cypriots, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself is cozy and instantly puts you in relax mode. From the balcony, the trees gently block out city lights, letting us enjoy the moon and stars all night long :) especially magical in April. Our dog was right there with us, feeling just as happy and at home. Such a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended :)

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

The flat is perfect for a nice holiday. The kitchen is well equipped. You can feel comfortable on the large terrace overlooking the sea. In the area are many bars and restaurants that can be easily reached on foot. However, the apartment itself is very quiet and you can relax wonderfully. We would book again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Such a good experience! We needed an alternative quickly cause of a problem at the previous Airbnb and Dovi answered right away, making the check-in a breeze. The apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped. The neighborhood has walkable restaurants, bars and sights. Bus stop and free parking are right out front. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

I stayed at Ellen's place for five nights. Costas, Ellen's dad, was very friendly and helped me settle-in with clear instructions. The place has a beautiful view of the ocean from both the bedroom and the living room and is very close to supermarkets, some eateries, the beach and the busstop.

The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place as it had everything we needed for our family. The area was peaceful but also close enough to everything we needed. The check in was easy considering we did not arrive until after 11pm. Julia was very proactive with her details and arranged a cot for us at short notice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area many thanks Julia.

We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. A lovely apartment, very well presented, ideal if you were 2 persons or a family of 4, very good equipment in the kitchen though we didn't use much of it as there was a grand selection of restaurant's very close in walking distance. If we did need anything Mario replied very quickly, I would highly recommend it .
