Comfortable studio 46 m2 in Ano Kypseli

Comfortable apartment in the basement very spacious and newly decorated. It has a small quiet back yard. The hot water is always on due to photovoltaic system. It is located near the center of Athens, 25 min ride on the trolleybus (number 2 and 4) to the main square Syntagma. The stop is at the entrance of the building. If you are renting a car the parking on the street is free, but you have to find an available spot. There's a green area with a view on Acropolis 15 min walk from the house.

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood- 7 minutes’ walk from the metro which can take you to the center of Athens within 10 minutes.There are also many taverns, coffee places where you can also get breakfast in the morning and supermarkets where you can do your groceries.
