Really nice stay, enjoyed ourselves and was in an excellent location. Space was comfortable and clean, good walking distance to the beach and a nice, quiet street. The kitchen and the amenities were handy.

This place is a gem if you appreciate the classic motel vibes and throwback to a more laid back era. All of the employees we interacted it with were friendly, funny, and helpful. There were a few times some other guests were bending rules and their responses really strike a great balance between addressing the violation without making anyone feel uncomfortable or defensive. The location was unbeatable - a direct walk out to the beach. The Happy Hour beer was no craft brew but honestly perfect for the beach, and ice cold to boot. Shuffleboard and corn hole added to the charm. Free parking right by our room made things easy. We also really appreciated the green efforts - real coffee mugs to grab some coffee and fixed shampoo/conditioner dispensers to avoid small bottle waste. If you’re a light sleeper note that ceilings aren’t super well insulated so we heard a lot of happy little feet running above us. For us, it was part of the charm, but it might not float everyone’s boat

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

We booked this for our son and his family. It was a great location, right around the corner from where my husband and I are staying for a couple months. They had everything they needed and they enjoyed their stay. Their only complaint was not enough sheets/blankets for the pull-out couch. Otherwise it was really good!

Selfishly wanted to give a poor review, so that it would always be available to me. But this little gem is really worth sharing. Look and feel if casual Florida Keys, even the color schemes, close to the beach and the main drag with cool restaurants and shops. Yet just off the beaten path to relax and chill when you want! Hosts and the crew 😁 weee great. Felt welcomed and like an old time friend. My son and I had a great time and I will go back and also recommend this place to others. Did I mention the coffee pot, what an awesome touch! 😊 Very clean, even the pool was being skimmed when I’m not even sure there was a leaf in it. Sunrises on the did are a great way to start your day! Thanks for making or stay something to remember in all the best ways!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a charming place to getaway and enjoy Dunedin! My mom and I stayed just one night but enjoyed strolling the little town, shopping and dining. Our room was perfect for us, two bedrooms, each had the most comfy bed. Super clean, sunny and had the basics we needed. We will definitely stay again!

One of the Best BnBs I’ve ever stay at, everything was as described on the profile. Everything went smooth when I stayed there from checking in to checking out, everything went walkable from the restaurants to the beach. Anyone that’s looking for a great private and secure spot to stay out over the weekend Boutique Beach Retreats Treasure Island is one of the recommended spots to stay at. The Host was very helpful with the information I needed along with extra information i didn’t think I was going to need.

The management team was amazing and so very kind. The room was exactly as described and very comfortable. It was a super charming place to stay and it is so close to many restaurants and things to do. We will absolutely be returning the next time we come to stay in Florida

My fried and I had such a wonderful stay that we are already planning our return! The room was clean and comfortable with everything you’d need for your stay. We loved the pool! The beautiful beach was a short walk, and the hosts had beach chairs, toys, and floaties for guest use. The hosts were fantastic and I’ve never experienced better communication. They were also understanding. When the rain was pouring at our checkout time, they allowed for a later checkout. So kind! We can’t wait to return with more friends!

Great stay! Amazing views , clean room, and great staff. Only thing we would have liked was a freezer section in the Minnie fridge.

This property has a great location on Treasure Island. It was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The views of the Gulf from the balcony are beautiful, especially at sunset. Publix is within walking distance. Many restaurants located nearby. We would love to come back again!

We booked this place as a quick getaway before the kids went back to school. Dave was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The Lofts is nicely renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. We used the pool everyday, which was always clean. The grill was useful for cooking dinner. Only recommendation for the kitchen would be more cooking utensils, ie larger cutting board, sharper knives, etc. All was usable and we made it work. We are very familiar with the area, we lived on the beach years ago. This location is easily walkable to many good bars/restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

place was clean. was used for a place to sleep and leave my pet, which he accommodated. Wish I had more time there to use the outside area and pool. The courtyard was very beautiful looking. I didn't get to use it, but when I got back to the place at night. There were a lot of guests outside, relaxing and enjoying the courtyard.

We will absolutely be back. We stay in the Coral Resort every year for the week of July 4. This has been one of our favorite rooms. Robert and Juana are extremely caring, accommodating, and responsive. Room has updated renovations and feels really private as well. Resort is close to so many restaurants and shops, walkable. Love staying on the bay and being an easy walk to the beach. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
