Olga’s place is such a gem! We had a wonderful week long stay - we felt right at home the moment we stepped inside! Olga was so sweet and always made sure we had what we needed. The pool was an added bonus, it felt like we had a private oasis to hang out at after we went to the beach. The house was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for a comfortable stay. The AC was lovely and the beds were so comfy, everything about this airbnb exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave, but already can’t wait to come back one day. We highly recommend Olga’s place 😊

Brandon was very responsive to a few things we needed help with on the first day. We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota and this home with two rooms to relax and unwind, in addition to 4 bedrooms was perfect for our group!

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at the property. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Whitney’s place was absolutely wonderful! The location was 15 min from the downtown, the beach, the marina, and the village! The place it self was amazing and beautiful and convenient! It was equipped with everything you need in a beach town. The back yard with the pool was the most amazing part of the house! We spent every day and every night hanging out around the pool! The host was also very helpful and quick with responses and answers. They helped up with the checkin and check our process and they offered help with the pool and everything around the house! I definitely recommend the stay and recommend Whitney!

Stayed at Mo’s place for 5 nights and it was absolutely peaceful and lived up to the description. The place is clean, well stocked, in a great location, and felt just like home. We enjoyed the pool a few evenings, found the location to be very accessible to the beaches with just a short drive, and appreciated the games for a night in. We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed the ease of the nearby grocery store. Would recommend 100% to anyone traveling with family. This is a great place to stay.

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

Matt’s place was perfect for our anniversary trip. He was proactive in his responses and checked in on us once we got settled. We didn’t have to use the whole place for just us two but had we brought our kids, there would have been plenty of room. The place is close to the beaches, dining spots, and shopping. Will definitely return in the future.

Melodies house was one of my favorite house. I have many years utilizing airbnb for my long weekends with family. this house was very well equipped with everything you need in the house and also lots of things to take to the beach. We didn't need any because we brought our own, but for people traveling to Florida, they will have everything they need in the house. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Gerhardt Place. The location was very private, peaceful and located close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The house was very beautiful inside with great amenities. Loved the private backyard with outdoor kitchen and swim spa. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, the bay, many restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to the beach. The home was spacious and very well supplied - plenty of linens and towels, beautiful beach towels; very well stocked kitchen w/ dishes, pots & pans, silverware, small appliances, spices, coffee, aluminum foil, plastic wrap & food storage bags, and more! New large capacity washer & dryer, and detergent was included! Nice patio with BBQ grill and shaded seating; there were cute wild rabbits and a neighborly cat in the backyard - fun to watch! Bathrooms were spotless - SO clean!! and spacious. There were personal products (shampoo, body wash, lotion, make-up removal pads). Jane was readily available by text - immediately responsive and answered questions. Great value - would stay there again!!

We had such a great stay! Edwin was super responsive, though we didn’t need to reach out because everything was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our week. We loved having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and keyless entry. WiFi worked great, my fiancé was working and had no trouble. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, which I really appreciated since I have long hair and can be picky about that! The beds were comfy, and the couch was amazing, especially for our Suits marathon after getting a pretty bad sunburn on our first day. The location was ideal: Lido Key Beach was 20 minutes away, and St. Armand’s Circle was only 15. DoorDash found us easily, and the large fridge held everything from our farmers market trip. The peaceful backyard was a nice bonus. It was a chill, lowkey week that we’ll always remember. We would definitely stay here again and I’d bring my dog, I kept thinking about how much she’d love that yard! Thanks again!

We rented two houses for a week right next to each for a group of 12, with 6 in each house. It was exactly what we were looking for and perfect for our needs. The house was spacious and sparkling, with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed making dinners and socializing around the island. The beds were super comfortable, the baths were super lux ,and there was so much closet space I wanted to take it home with me. The pool was great for relaxing and swimming with pool noodles provided! Great laundry set up too. We had a few small issues which Altez addressed immediately. If (when) we come to Sarasota again I know where to book! One small thing - while the house was very comfortable for 6, I think the living area sofa and chair set up isn’t designed for larger gatherings. I would like a few more chairs for relaxing as a group.

Erinn was an amazing host - she would respond immediately to any text and was always friendly and helpful. The house is as good as it looks if not better! My husband complains about every airbnb I book but he even he had to admit this one was top notch.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

We had a large family vacation and stayed at Linda’s place. We didn’t communicate with Linda, but rather the co-host Carolyn who was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early, which was very nice after a long day of travel! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures listed. It’s in a great location - private enough but close to anywhere you’d want to go. Any problem that arose was quickly resolved by Carolyn. My only suggestion would be for more outdoor/pool lights! There’s only one outdoor light so after dark you can’t see in the pool at all and with kids extra lights would help with safety.

Lisa' house is amazing, you feel like is you are in your own house. The house has a beautiful decoration, very clean and neat. The space is private and big. Her yard is really nice to spend time with the family doing barbecue, talking and resting. My kids and grandma spend really good time on the play room, playing in the ping pong table and other table games. The house location is perfect, very close of everything. Lisa's guest book is super, it was our guide to visit nice places and eat really good food. She is an amazing host, always helpful and response very quick. I highly recommend it.

The house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments—just bring your own ingredients to cook your meals. The bathrooms are spacious, the bedrooms have incredibly comfortable beds, and there's a huge backyard with a barbecue grill. If you're heading to the beach, don’t worry—there are beach chairs, a cooler, and even a football and volleyball in the garage for your convenience. I stayed there with my family for 29 days, and I can confidently say the house exceeded our expectations. Joseph was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond to any questions or messages. I recommend this place without hesitation.

The house was very clean, very cute, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Great shower, good amenities and the kitchen had everything I needed. I think the house must have been remodeled recently because everything was so new and fresh. I spent a lot of time working there and it was just overall a perfect stay.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!
