You can leave the car outside without inconvenience. It has a staircase as you enter. The doorkeepers live in the building. Downtown and the beach are close , you can walk. It has a balcony with table and chairs. Good ventilation. It has a bathtub. Well equipped kitchen. We recommend it!!

The house and yard are very nice. Very well equipped. We are traveling with my 3-year-old boy and I had games, as well as a bathtub and baby chair.

Paula's house is simply splendid. Fully equipped, not only is it very comfortable, but having 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) gives you absolute privacy. The most enjoyed place in the house, without a doubt is the outside. It has a nice grill and space for both a large family and to invite friends or family to dine. The private neighborhood has houses surrounding warm neighbors, and the security staff is very friendly. Not only was Paula always available in case of eventualities, but Luis (who welcomed us and fired us) was very willing to help us. We'd definitely be back. Luis and Paula are amazing hosts.

Maricel's house is just like the photos, simple, comfortable and very complete in terms of kitchen utensils. It's a big plus that it has a washing machine, especially when traveling with small children. The area is very quiet, the block is very well lit, which provides greater security, and it is also close to an avenue to get to other places quickly.

The place is very nice and cared for. The dpto of Silvina is beautiful and super well equipped. It doesn't look like a rental dpt but rather one to live it. The location is excellent if you want to be quiet and enjoy the sea, sun, beach and tranquility. While you have to arrive with a van or a vehicle that has all-wheel drive, it is not far or difficult to get to. A 100% recommended place. Silvina is very helpful and is always available. Highly recommended as a host.

The cabin is nice and simple, excellent value for money. Undoubtedly, the most remarkable thing is its location half a block from the center of Las Gaviotas. Ivana was very present on WhatsApp throughout the stay.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.
