It was designed for comfort and warmth to enjoy nice moments with friends or family. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them en suite. Beautiful apartment 2 environments in the Kalem I complex, close to the beach in the middle of the forest. Total peace, hike in touch with nature. SPA with heated pool and sauna, gym, co-working space, fiber 300 megas internet, grill, games, ample zoom and garage. It features a double bed in the room and a well-fluid bed armchair with another pull-out bed. The in-out pool is only heated in high winter season, the SPA area pools year-round.

The stay at Gastón's house was very relaxing and beautiful to observe on cloudy days. We had very good access 3 blocks from the beach and a few kilometers from Paradores de Pinamar Norte/The border. We loved staying at Luz de Mar!! We went with friends, with children and it was really very comfortable! The common space is huge and super practical!!! Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and we spent a lot of time in the house! Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, warm, beautiful view. Safe. Good directions. And Fla is super friendly and helpful! We would definitely come back!

Everything is excellent! We reserve the depto for the view and the truth that I do not disappoint, the view ofo mar is one of the best that is achieved and with the plus of sunset as well. We had a small inconvenience that Yanina solved instantly and I also allowed us to check out a little later. Super recommended!

We had some beautiful days of rest together my sisters and a puppy and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the pictures, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and super comfortable. We had a small inconvenience with the light supply, but Tomás was very efficient and had it resolved soon. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place. We loved it and would go back without hesitation!

We had a great 4 nights with the family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable ,clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for making an asado with the family. The Amenities of the building are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry Sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps from the mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.
