We had a very nice time in this home. The location is excellent: in a quiet area, close to the sea and a grocery store, which was very practical. The house's layout is comfortable and functional, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The courtyard with trees gives it a special charm, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Once we turned on the salamander and the stoves, the temperature was maintained very well and we were very comfortable. The host was always available for any questions and both check-in and check-out were very comfortable, both in time and manner. Definitely an option to return.

Marcelo’s house is gorgeous. We were a party of 8, and we spent a long weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday and mine as well. Marcelo’s house is spacious, at a private location and on the beach. One side of the house perched on the beach with amazing sea views and the opposite overlooking the trees’ tops of the beautiful Cariló’s forest at a beautiful endless swimming pool. The house has an excellent indoor spa with another pool, a sauna and a hammam. Also it has an indoor table tennis area. Rooms are neat, spacious and confortable. All three upper stories connected by an efficient elevator. Lastly, Alberto, Marcelo’s house keeper, was super cordial and always ready and eager to assist at each and every detail or minor issues we’ve asked or raised. Hope to return to stay at this amazing sometime soon.

The house is excellent. We have already been alohado before and it is unbeatable in every way: Location, amenities, view. The hosts are great and always attentive to everything. Congratulations.

The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check in and checkout, which is a great goal. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make any trouble for us, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

Very nice place, somewhat far from the center for those who have difficulty walking. The house was spotless and everything worked. The internet works very well, I had to make a video call while my children watched movies on the platform and there was no problem. The area is very quiet and has a very nice garden. They have Prime video and Disney+, at least when I was there. The rooms do not have air conditioning but the truth is that it was not necessary because it has good air. The grill is in excellent condition, as is the disc. I recommend collecting pine cones, ideal for using with the record player. To buy food, it's better to go to Valeria x chorlo, to get around by car, since Carilo is full. To eat, Carilo, obviously. Luciana is always attentive and responds quickly. Check-out was smooth, no hassle. It was a pleasure to spend a week in Carilo at her home. Thank you for everything.

The place is excellent, Nico is a genius. If you go in winter, don't worry about the cold, the radiant slab makes you feel like you're on the beaches of Camboriú in the middle of January. A luxury.

Excellent apartment! Super comfortable and modern. The balcony is a dream, with a grill and armchairs to rest. Hugo is always attentive and looking for a solution to everything. If you're hesitating to stay here, do it. You won't regret it.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses sheets and clean towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view in which you can see the sunrise sitting on the armchair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can get downtown by walking and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is a total boss!! Thank you Pablo !! We shall be back !!

The accommodation is very nice , everything was spotless . The quality mattress and sheets allowing for an excellent rest. The location is very accessible to walk to downtown . Very helpful to have laundry I would only add some cooking utensils such as cutting board, strainer, scissor or blade . The rest is spotless ,worth it

Everything was perfect, the apartment was in excellent condition and well located, everything worked properly. The garage is easily accessible and very spacious. The only thing that was not as expected is the check-in because it says "after 3" but if you enter at night you have to pay extra for the keys to be delivered, they should clarify it or put a check-in time limit.

The apartment and the impeccable building! Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Javier was a genius, he was always very attentive from before getting there, during the stay and until we left the depto. We will definitely be back.

Everything was barbaric. The modern building, the apartment super cared for and very practical with all the items needed for a stay. Super friendly and attentive attention.

We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!

We booked for a weekend with my partner and our pet. From the first moment, Javier's attention was excellent. The accommodation was as shown in the photos, very comfortable and in an excellent location meters from the beach and very few blocks from the center of Valeria del Mar. We will definitely be back!
