Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Pinal County

Good location in Tempe, a couple miles from the university. Really nicely furnished apartment with high ceilings and nice amenities. The only problem is the other residents - trash left everywhere, the common areas smell like dog pee, weed smoke every day in the parking lot. I feel bad complaining about this because everything that is in the control of the Airbnb host is excellent, but the other components do have an impact on your stay.

The space had everything we needed, was comfortable, and was very clean with the exception of the carpet in the bedrooms. That had some large stains and is in need of a deep clean or replacement. The beds were comfortable, the living space was large, lovely and nicely decorated, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and perfect for our stay. The pool was a nice little oasis that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The street noise was very noticeable at all hours, but obviously can't be helped - not a host issue, just something for guests to be aware of. The area was safe and perfect for walking to plenty of restaurants and conveniences, the security of the complex was great, and the underground parking was a fabulous perk. The host was very communicative and friendly, the location was easy to find, and we would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing, cameras inside the unit were not expected and caught us off guard. We unplugged them, everything else was great and as expected.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean and comfortable. The on-site amenities were also wonderful to have access to. Kowanda was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

Josh & Melody were such great hosts! Their place was perfect for our little family for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and felt it was definitely worth the price for everything that we got. We would love to come back to this exact spot next year!

Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

I love this place, the host was very proactive, nice and flexible, giving clear & easy instructions how swimming pools & things works at his house. This house is spacious & very clean, i would Recommended to anyone who needs a vacation home for family. Thank you Bryan for letting my family stayed at your place for couple nights, we had good time with family and my daughter had a memorable night for her graduation party with her friends and family.

Amazing, amazing stay at the Tempe Jewel. We were in town for a whole week hosting different family members for ASU graduation. Every need we had was anticipated by the hosts, this house is completely stocked with conveniences. We spent every morning on the patio by the pool with our coffee and fire going if it was a little cool. We took grad pictures by the pool and beautiful bougainvillea. The beds were so comfy, the sofas comfortable for several people, plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, 10 minutes from the airport, campus and anything else. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thank you!!!

I brought a small group of leaders here for a leadership retreat and it was perfect! Not only did it comfortably sleep 8, it was in a beautiful community, super close to the downtown scene and a short road trip to Sedona- which we LOVED! The pool was absolutely perfect, there was an abundance of blankets & separate temp controls for the upstairs (which was GREATLY appreciated)! I told my hubby we need to come back for a family trip!

Me and my family stayed here for our weekend stay from new mexico. this house accommodated me and my family perfectly. everything was clean and in good working order. we loved the back patio area. I would recommend this place to other families looking for an air bnb to stay in phoenix.

This listing was great for my group and I as we were passing through Casa Grande. It’s conveniently located off the I-10 and is about a 15 minute drive away from all the essentials in downtown Casa Grande. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room for our 11 guests. Nicely air conditioned for the hot summer dessert heat. Easy to make meals in a spacious kitchen. So fun to end the day with a swim and putting golf. Nice touch to have brand new toothbrushes and toothpaste in case someone forgot. Master bath is gorgeous, however, I prefer a bit more privacy when showering. I needed to lock the door to the master suit. The person I was rooming with had to wait if they forgot something in the room. We would definitely consider returning.

My husband, sister, and I, along with our fur baby 🦮 absolutely loved staying at Jason’s property. The pool is so wonderful and Jason and his son made sure everything was set when we arrived. Roman was very responsive when we needed some assistance. Location was great for getting to Sloan Park. We were in town to watch the Braves play against the Cubs. We loved how close we were to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was clean and inviting. The condo was perfect for the two of us.

Great apartment clean and well appointed.

My stay here was amazing! It’s in a very walkable area and local to a lot of great places to eat. It felt very safe and secure. The condo was incredibly clean, and the airplane noise mentioned in the description was not even an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful and I slept great! Bed was very comfortable.

Everything was easy communication to a spotless place to great amenities and restaurants and bars were super close to Tempe. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the great communication through it all with the clear instructions of getting inside of the apartments. Would definitely stay here again thank you so much for everything😁💖

This condo is a lovely hidden gem among the cacti.... Centrally located, safe, and the building and condo design was interesting and different, and fit within the context of the desert environment. We also really enjoyed private, late night swims in the community pool after long days. The condo itself was perfectly suited to be our home away from home. We were even able to rummage around the kitchen and find a toaster! We highly recommend several international restaurants with large portions of fresh food-- Green Corner, Princess Pita (the one on broadway), and Cafe de Bangkok. And don't miss the Desert Botanical Garden -- reduced price tix in late afternoon/evening. Thank you for your hospitality, Mary!

I loved this condo!! I would definitely come back here! Any questions I had she responded in time never had me waiting. Loved the makeup towels they saved me 🤣! It definitely was a perfect location everything was close and the airport is under 20min away🥰🥰
