Fazenda JC-Araras, between Capitólio and Canastra.

Located 7km from Piumhi, the main house of JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and pantry combined, balcony, with a wood-burning stove and barbecue. The Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, creating with this several points conducive to cool off. The water used in the headquarters house comes from a spring brought by a hose and a water creek that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place. Ideal to be inspired by an experience tourism.

Residence located in the city center, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, has 3 bedrooms, all three of which will be available for guest use, 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a social bathroom, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed and 1 TV and 1 TV room with LED TV (mattresses can be added), 1 pantry, 1 kitchen and dining room and 1 balcony in addition to 1 full bathroom near this balcony and a garage for 2 cars. The house will be available to guests; it is not a shared space.

Place with a beautiful view of the furnas lake ( Mar de Minas), with access to the lake. A beautiful orchard with fruit trees and a cozy spot, where you will have a beautiful view of the sunrise. Heated pool with whirlpool. Easy and quick access for tourists who want to get to know the city of Capitol/MG and the district of Santo Hilário.
