Rustic country home with 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with an assortment of welcoming snacks and a large selection of coffee and teas for the Keurig. We have recently added free wifi & Roku devices. Tons of dvds, board games, and puzzles are also available. Roast marshmallows and enjoy a beautiful sunset by the outdoor fire pit. This home is located 10 miles from downtown Troy, 11 miles from Troy University, and 16.7 miles to the Pike County Cattlemen Park.

Had a nice stay while I was in town for work. Place was clean and everything I needed was there. Right by downtown and the university. Make sure you try the Pizza Box and Sips right around the corner. Host was communicative and I had no issues whatsoever. Will stay again!

Awesome place a block from Main Street square in Troy. Jennifer made sure we had a wonderful stay- told us of the festival at the square which we enjoyed . Accommodations were excellent from the wonderful comfy mattress and fresh smelling linens to the thoughtfully and beautifully decorated space. An unexpected large tray of snacks awaited us with several bottled waters as well as plenty of coffee-so appreciated after our long drive from SC. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back this way!

What a beautiful old house! We stayed in the Wildlife portion, which was 2 HUGE bedrooms. It was close by our festival, it was warm, had plenty of hot water and towels, had a coffee maker, and some spectacular surroundings! Big porch for coffee drinking and watching the sunrise! Michelle is a super duper hostess, and I will recommend her, and DEFINITELY use her again. A note to future tenants: It's an old house with old house noises. It ain't haunted.....or is it???!!!!!

The house was decorated beautifully and they had everything we needed plus more. The host was quick to respond to any question we had. We were there for baseball at the university and the house was so close to campus and we loved the downtown square that was around the corner. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Troy!
