This house is CENTRALLY located in Cuauhtémoc, ONLY 15 minutes away by car from the state capital Colima. There are many services available nearby such as a convenience store that's open 24 hr, among many others. Guests MUST agree to house rules to be able to stay at this place.

Cofradia de Suchitlan is located at about 4,300 feet above sea level, meaning the temperature is warm in the daytime and cool at night. Views of Volcan Colima are found throughout the town which is small and welcoming. Local stores offer groceries and artesania. There is also a central plaza where you may find children playing or a local market on Tuesdays. Nature walks are available out any road--you can ask us for recommendations, ask a local, or ask us to find a guide for you!

We don't have private parking, but you can park right outside the property on the street or if you prefer, due to its proximity to the center, there are parking lots and pensions at good prices near the area.
