We had a fantastic week in Zakynthos. This beautiful spacious villa, centrally located on the island, is a great location to explore the whole island. Enjoy the peace and privacy by the pool and relax in the spacious rooms with neat bathrooms. In the kitchen there is enough to prepare good meals. Highly recommended!

Wow! what a beautiful villa - one of the best we have stayed in. It was modern, stylish, clean and everything had been thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and BBQ area were also to a very high standard. The pool was cleaned every morning. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring the whole island. The owners did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Great information on places to visit were sent prior to arrival which were useful. Fruit and wine provided on arrival and sweets on departure was a kind gesture and much appreciated. If we were to return to Zante we would stay here without hesitation.

Wonderfully peaceful place to spend a week and explore the island. Well appointed and with good attention to detail - appreciated the maid service and daily pool and terrace cleans. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a quiet getaway!

AMAZING VILLA! Would 10/10 stay again and recommend! Hosts were very friendly and always helpful, as a large group of 8 we had no issues. The villa is a little far from the main strips but the villa itself is absolutely great and lives up to the pictures shown! Definitely will book again!

Super pleasant stay! The host was super friendly. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he was almost there immediately. The only thing of comment I have is that the neighbors play super loud music at night that of course you hear super well through the wall. The chickens were also extremely loud at night, but the owner can't help that. The 2 dogs of the neighbors are super sweet!

We’ve had an amazing family holiday at Villa Verde and EVERYTHING about it exceeded our expectations. Dimitris met us on arrival for a quick tour of the villa and outside areas. The Villa itself has everything you could want and more. It is comfortable, modern and clean. We were welcomed with a beautiful fruit platter, fresh bread, milk, water and lots of pantry items. The outside area is absolutely stunning - the beautifully planted areas, outdoor BBQ, dining area and the views are spectacular. The pool was cleaned daily for us, very early and we weren’t disturbed. The villa was cleaned mid week with bedding and towels changed. We had some lovely food at Amoudi Restaurant and Rua Mat, both recommended by Dimitris. Dimitris was attentive and checked in on us via messaging a few times to check we had everything we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Villa Verde if you are looking for a peaceful, high end haven all to yourselves. We would love to return one day.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful and luxurious villa on Zakynthos. The decor is stylish, the view beautiful and everything you need is present. The villa is spacious, well maintained and equipped with every comfort – ideal for a relaxing holiday. A big plus was the great cleaning help. She came by every day, cleaned everything thoroughly, replaced the towels and changed our bed once every few days. That really contributed to the comfort of our stay. However, we would like to give a few points to consider. The original listing said the pool was heated, but only a week before arrival we were told that there was an additional €50 per day for this. In the meantime, this has been adjusted in the listing, but that was not the case with our booking, which was an unpleasant surprise for us. In addition, we regularly had issues with the hot water. The owner always responded quickly. Had a top vacation!

Our stay at Casa Kalitero left nothing to be desired and was simply perfect. The accommodation is very authentic and beautiful! The facility is practical and stylish at the same time and you have everything you need to be able to take good care of yourself. Our personal highlight was the pool with the hammock where you could relax superbly. Overall, the entire complex is also very beautiful, we were allowed to look at the olive trees, fruit trees and the other accommodations and were really very impressed with how much love everything is prepared and maintained. Thanks to Nico and his parents for the great time with them. We felt in great hands from the start. Nico welcomed us with open arms, was always available to us and gave us tips for excursions and restaurants. It was really wonderful and we felt very comfortable :)
