Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with every comfort. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds give atmosphere and luxury. Spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-pers. Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic property in Warffum. Take a break and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich cellars of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!
