The Orchard House

Cubic house for 5 people (maximum) in the middle of the orchard of a former hunting lodge located in the heart of nature 3 km from the village of Brinon-sur-Sauldre, typical village of the Sologne. Another cottage for 9/10 people on the property (Villa Bois Chaumont Cottage). You will be staying close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo. You will also discover the vineyards of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Quincy… Many activities nearby. Hiking trails, canoeing, horseback riding…

Independent cottage "Chez Santia"

Karine, Fabrice, and Lola (14 years old) welcome you all year round in their 27 m² cottage, completely renovated in the fall of 2018. In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Solognote House

Lovely house in the heart of a charming village in Sologne, sleeping 4. Clear views of a large wooded garden and a river. The house is composed of a living/dining room, an equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. 1 bedroom double bed 1 bedroom with two single beds 200m from shops (bakery, grocery, garage, hairdresser) Warm atmosphere by the fire, come and spend a quiet time with family or friends.

We are delighted to welcome you to the independent apartment of 40m² that is on the floor of a solognote house. It was completely renovated in 2024, keeping its old charm and the comfort of the present. Its position in the village center will allow you quick access to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, church, bar, tobacco, convenience store) as well as the forest, river, pond, horse club, hiking trails and bike.
