Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pieria

Our trip coincided with the end/aftermath of a terrible storm which wreaked havoc in central Greece, including numerous road closures! So we had to delay our arrival by a day and had some challenges reaching the house. Petroula was calm and helpful throughout. Her mother was unable to meet us due to flooding at the family home in Larisa but Petroula arranged for someone else to be there instead. The house is lovely and in a good location adjacent to the sea and a few minutes walk from a small local beach. Unfortunately the storm meant the beach was full of debris but we followed Petroula’s advice and drove five minutes to what is probably the area’s nicest beach, Rapokotamus, where the beach bar was open and the beach had been cleaned. Unfortunately the local tavern Paradies was closed for our entire 2-week holiday and many bars and restaurants were also closing early for the season due to the storm. But it didn’t matter too much because the house kitchen is very well equipped!

Beautiful place with great surroundings and a peaceful location! Maria is great and super helpful and supportive we recommend this location for big groups

Piękne miejsce, wspaniały duży ogród, dwa tarasy, piękny widok na góry Olimp, spokojna okolica. Dom bardzo przytulny, ładny wygodny. Kominek nadaje niepowtarzalny klimat. Bardzo dobre miejsce na spędzanie czasu na pięknych pobliskich plażach oraz świetna baza na wędrówki po Mount Olympus National Park. George wspaniale nas przywitał, zarekomendował miejsca które warto odwiedzić. Gorąco polecam pobyt w tym bardzo ładnym i miłym miejscu o każdej porze roku. Dziękujemy i z przyjemnością powrócimy w to miejsce w przyszłości.

Αφού επιλέξαμε να γιορτάσουμε παραδοσιακά την πρωτομαγιά στο χωριό Οιχαλία Τρικάλων στα περίφημα πλατάνια της Παναγίας που περάσαμε υπέροχα,η άλλη σωστή μας επιλογή ήταν το σπίτι του Ζέρβα!Ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα στο κέντρο του χωριού με όλες τις ανέσεις.Πεντακάθαρα όλα με μεγάλη αυλή και πράσινο παντού,χώρος για πάρκινγκ ιδιωτικός και η οικοδέσποινα Κατερίνα πάντα πρόθυμη για όποια πληροφορία χρειαστούμε! Σε αυτό το άνετο σπίτι που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και τρεις οικογένειες αφού εχει δύο μπάνια τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες μια μεγάλη σάλο τραπεζαρία μια κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα τρόφιμα και ένα μεγάλο ψυγείο η αίσθηση που έχει κανείς είναι ότι βρίσκεται σαν στο σπίτι του!!!Η διακόσμηση είναι υπέροχη και το καφεδάκι στο μπαλκόνι καταπληκτικό!Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στη μέση σχεδόν μεταξύ Λάρισα και Τρίκαλα και αποτελεί ορμητήριο για πολλούς προορισμούς!Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους όσους αγαπούν την ευχάριστη διαμονή!Θα ξαναπηγαίναμε οπωσδήποτε πάλι εκεί!

Εξαιρετική η διαμονή μας, το σπίτι πολύ όμορφο και σε πολύ καλό σημείο της πόλης. Ο Στέλιος εξαιρετικός και βοηθητικος όπου χρειάστηκε.

Δευτερη φορα στον ιδιο χωρο ολα αψογα θα ξαναερθουμε

Felejthetetlen napokat töltöttünk Kostas szállásán. Az első pillanattól otthon éreztük magunkat. Egy privát, jól körbe zárt kert rész is a tartozott a szálláshelyhez, ami a két kutyánk nyaralását is izgalmassá tette. A környék nagyon alkalmas a kikapcsolódásra. Séta távolságra található étterem, kisbolt, kávézó. Ha kocsival érkezel, akkor biztonságos parkolási lehetőség vár közvetlenül a bejárat előtt. Nem is akartunk hazajönni, annyira otthonos volt minden. Biztos, hogy amint lehetséges, visszatérünk! köszönjük Kostas!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The host was genuinely welcoming. The place itself was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you for making our holiday memorable!

Ευγενέστατη και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε..Άψογη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

Tout était parfait, le logement est spacieux et bien entretenu. Il est aussi bien équipé et son emplacement en centre ville est vraiment appréciable.

Η παρουσίαση του χώρου είναι ακριβής μέχρι και την πιο μικρή λεπτομέρεια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο και ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με διάφορα καθημερινά χρησιμοποιούμενα είδη: συσκευές κουζίνας, δύο καφετιέρες, σεσουάρ για μαλλιά, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα, επιπλέον σκέπασμα, καλώδιο hdmi για την τηλεόραση, παντόφλες για τους επισκέπτες, είδη μπάνιου και πολλά άλλα. Η επικοινωνία ε τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εύκολη και άμεση. Ήταν φιλικός και συνεργάσιμος.

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, λειτουργικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες, εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενέστατοι! Ακόμη και το πάρκινγκ ήταν αρκετά εύκολο! Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας και τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

Nice little family affair, good location, on the beach, with a nice olive garden, sunbeds, terrace, place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Christos and his son are very hospitables. I definitely recommend!

Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον σε μια πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο υψηλής αισθητικής και πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ ωραία θέα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικό.

Sürekli seyahat ediyorum hem ailemle hem eşimle ama şimdiye kadar kaldığım en temiz ve en güzel kahvaltısı olan bir apart oteldi.Gerçekten sizin rahatınız ve güzel bir tatil geçirmeniz için uğraşan çalışanlar vardı.Etrafında güzel tavernalar ve restoranlar mevcut.Gözünüz kapalı gitmelisiniz☺️

A private and cosy place, we didn't look for a busy hotel so this familial place was exactly what we were looking for and Iakovos and her sister were very sweet and hospitable as are always the greek people.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Von dort aus kann man zu einem der besten Strände zu Fuß gehen und alle anderen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr freundliche und ruhige Atmosphäre und Alexander und seine Familie waren super hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) liebe Grüße

The resort is amazing and beyond expectations, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the surrounding areas are all worth exploring which you can explore by electric bikes of the resort. Breakfast includes a wide selection of foods, all fresh. Most importantly, if you’re looking for a place to relax, away from the noise, surrounded by a forest, this is the place. Highly recommended and will definitely come back both on and off season.
