The home is a masterful blend of past and present: a 400-year-old soul dressed in modern elegance. M&D are the kind of hosts who make you feel like old friends or even family. Warm, gracious, intuitive—they appeared when needed, disappeared when not, and filled our days with thoughtful touches: a tennis court booked before our arrival, fresh eggs still warm from the hens outside, and handpicked wines in the room that whispered of the hills around us. They guided us like locals in love with their land—steering us to the right towns, the right tables, the most beautiful wineries. Our own slow, sun-drenched Italian daydream. And oh, the pool. Set against a valley that swells with light at dusk, the perfect place to end warm days lost among vineyards. We swam, we watched the sunset, we floated in silence. The price was almost too reasonable for a place that made us feel this good. I hesitate to post this because I selfishly want to keep it a secret—but it deserves to be shared.

We had 2 lovely days in Elena's and her husband's cabin. The cottage is up in the mountains with amazing views of the Aosta Valley and Mont Blanc!! It is very practically decorated and we had everything we needed during our stay. We can really recommend this home. Susanne and Pär from Stockholm, Sweden

Beautiful address, in a quiet and really pretty area with a great view from the pool. Matteo was good help and good advice, and breakfast and evening meal were really good, neat and homemade. It feels like a family, at home. This is a good B and b!

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

A Hidden Gem on Lake Como – Unforgettable Stay at La Cava, Pognana Lario We spent 4 nights at La Cava in Pognana Lario, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This unique property, seemingly built around the 1960s, is unlike anything we've seen before. Anchored into the mountain itself with dramatic concrete beams and columns, the building has a bold architectural character that blends surprisingly well into the natural surroundings. It’s something you truly have to see to appreciate. The apartment itself carries a charming, historical vibe—perfect for those who appreciate classic design over ultra-modern aesthetics. It's well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. But the absolute highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of Lake Como—an unbeatable panorama that alone is worth the trip. If you're looking for a place that offers tranquility, character, and unmatched views of Lake Como. Highly recommended!

Your place is perfect! When looking out the windows we felt like it was an infinity view, gorgeous. The apartment is better than the pictures and all the nice touches - water, champagne, slippers, snacks were unexpected and so nice! We also loved the speaker and having blackout curtains. I’d highly recommend this apartment for any friends and hope to come back!

Domingo was a first class host. Very friendly and offered a list of great places and restaurants to visit around the area. The aptmt was fully kitted out with everything you might need for your stay and the views from the two balconies over lake Como were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Domingo’s abnb. I stayed at Michele‘s place for the second time and can absolutely recommend it. Nice place to slow down, sit in the garden or visit restaurants near by. I stayed there with my husband and little daughter. Living room/kitchen area is separated to bedroom by a door, while it is still open at the ceiling for the air conditioning to cool the both areas down. Also, great wifi for working remotely. Upon request, Michele let us check out later, which we highly appreciated.

I felt right at home in Paola’s beautiful apartment! Paola was and extremely thoughtful and generous host—she met us at check in and provided heaps of helpful advice and specific tips and ideas based on what we wanted to see and do during our time in Milan. Every one of her recommendations was excellent! She was also extremely kind at check out and helped me navigate a train strike getting out of the city—above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

This is my first time to Italy and Europe. As someone who works in the hospitality industry I can say I was floored by Renata’s. She was such an accommodating host and went above and beyond despite operating a beautiful wine operation in which I purchased several bottles of wine from. The town is a 20 minute walk from the location with small stores and markets you can purchase day to day goods from. A couple things to note if you do rent from here: 1- RENT a vehicle, public transit is non existent in this area. 2- have euros as some of the shops don’t accept card. Renata let us know about the transportation concerns and being naive we did not heed her warnings. The experience we had was one I will never forget due to Renata’s amazing hospitality. In conclusion I would only stay at Renata’s amazing apartment in the future and I will have a car rented. Renata was so kind to help with securing transportation for us!!!

Fantastic nature with great trails for mountain biking or hiking. Judith's house is very nice and very well equipped. The view from the terrace is wonderful, we enjoyed the time very much. Thanks very much.

We had a wonderful time at Patrick's place. There's a lot of heart in this place. It just leaves nothing to be desired. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. A true paradise! Patrick and his father are people of heart who give a wonderful welcome. In the accommodation, you immediately feel comfortable and the highlight is the well-kept green area with breathtaking views of the mountains and whirlpool. We will definitely be back! Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

Everything is brand new in the apartment. Martha was very helpful in explainjng everythjng upon check-in. The location is amazing, 5 mins walking distance from the Duomo.

Somehow we saved our best stay location in Torino for last. Had so many great airbnb experiences but WOW: after 3 months at OGR: luxury, comfort, convenience, and a sense of beauty and aesthetic to inspire us to finish strong. The most expensive, but SO worth it, especially during stressful work demands. A perfect quiet refuge, with everything you need just outside your door: 11/10 would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, spacious, modern and well equipped home in the center of Milan. The kitchen and the outdoor patio overlooking the Duomo are a dream.
