Very well kept apartment in a good location, clean and spacious, and host was super responsive! They welcomed us into the apartment on very short notice, and even replaced the blender that broke within less than a day. Very satisfied and would stay here again.

I highlight the service attitude of our host Cesar. He promptly responded to every detail we brought to his attention. The apartment was clean and very well decorated. My family and I feel comfortable and will definitely return the next time we meet in B/Manga.

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

It is a very nice apt, clean, the location is good, you have everything you need. Jorge is an excellent host, despite some bad comments ... it went very well with him. I didn't have any problems, very attentive and respectful. Super recommended.

Juan José and Mrs. Myrian were very attentive and kind, they answered any questions as soon as possible. They understood in a good way an accident we had that affected a decoration (which was compensated financially). They have a person in charge who knows the details of the property and the operation of appliances and accessories to support us in the accommodation

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out time, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozy. The kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils; dishware, pots, blender, microwave oven and all the toilet. Travelers may expect that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms although there is no internet connection, no sound equipment, no iron, otherwise, a great place.

Very satisfied with our stay, don Enrique is a super host, both he and his manager are super attentive and helpful, they will give you their attention and immediate help for any concerns or requests regarding the apartment and your stay in the city; in fact we had a situation that required the attention and maintenance service in the apartment upon our arrival, but it was satisfactorily resolved during the first week of our stay. The apartment is very well located, in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by everything you may need, it has everything informed in the description for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I recommend stay in Reserva Canaveral and Don Enrique as a super host.

The apartment is very nice, impeccable and with an excellent location. The residential complex has spectacular social areas, perfect for enjoying with the family. As a recommendation, it would be ideal for the fan in one of the rooms to be running, for greater comfort. We want to highlight the attention of Mrs. Amparo, who was always very attentive, cordial and with a wonderful charisma. Beautiful apartment and green areas to be relaxed, highly recommended

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment has a spacious, clean, pleasant social area, with various entertainment options for children. The parking area is also spacious and airy. Silvia as a host from start to finish guaranteed a good stay and in her apartment we felt like we were in our own home. The overall surveillance and service staff stood out for great service. Definitely this is a great recommended.
