It has 2 cooking grids and 1 hotplate on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Entire luxury 3 bedroom fully furnished modern home, architecturally designed with extensive glass panels to capture the stunning sea and mountain views. With an open plan flow, it is perfect to enjoy the dramatic views. The house is located in Waikawa, three kms from Picton, the center of the Marlborough Sounds. Nearby is Blenheim, the center of world-renowned vineyards and gourmet dining. Ideal for couples, vineyard tourers, and travelers. Long term stays are welcome, ask me about details.

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Absolute WATERFRONT! Our very unique, semi self-contained, downstairs guest suite is beachfront in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Unique location right on the waters edge in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.

Our spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally located just a 3-minute drive or 15 minute walk from the ferries and a short walk (750m) to town. Choose to relax and enjoy the ever-changing views of the harbour from the sunny deck, or take a short stroll to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. With the beaches and access to the Marlborough Sounds on the doorstep you’ll never be short of things to do.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located guest unit. 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from both ferries. A quick walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and nearby walking tracks. Perfect for those needing a place to rest before heading north or south. Our home is at the front, guest house is down the driveway. Security cameras at the front and rear of house making this very secure.

Great value property, early check in and late check out. Winter or summer this modern house is the perfect getaway retreat. Nestled amongst bush with breath taking views from every room. This property is a 10 minute stroll to town and a stone's throw from the new walk / cycle track to Linkwater. You will feel in holiday mode the moment you arrive. Access road not suitable for campervans.
