Modern & bright loft-style apartment with office

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.

I am renting an exclusive design penthouse located in an old, listed water tower dating back to 1881. This is located in the embassy quarter in Charlottenburg/Westend. Only 7 minutes away are the Olympic Stadium and the exhibition centre, and only 10 minutes away is the Kurfürstendamm, Berlin's famous shopping mile, as well as the Kantstraße with some of the best restaurants in the city.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! Mona's homemade cookies were once again served as a welcome. Thank you, they were very tasty. In addition, a bottle of water and a glass are always available in the room upon arrival. The sharing of the common areas worked smoothly. The residential area is very quiet. The good transport connection to Hennigsdorf was also important to me. I will definitely come back if it fits in with my schedule.

Angela is a wonderful host! During my stay she was a very attentive and hospitable person. The room is comfortable, just as described and around there are good and economical restaurants. As for the location, it is a little far from the city center but transportation is very close to the Air bnb. Would stay again with Angela 😊

If I could give a 6th star, I would. Everything was spotless, the place is adorable just like Andrea. I had a memorable stay in Berlin, it travels very well with public transport from the accommodation and the neighborhood is very nice. Andrea was a good tip for restaurants, grocery stores, and sightseeing. I would come back there without hesitation.
