The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! Shopping facilities are available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Nature & adventure vacation home

At an altitude of about 600 meters, at the end of a sack road, surrounded by nature, you will find our cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station,... In our fast-paced time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we are looking forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (about 10 minutes drive from the cottage)

The duplex penthouse apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residential building and has about 75 m² of net living space with 3 rooms. In addition, the penthouse apartment scores with a spacious roof terrace with about 40 m². Parking facilities including an electric charging station are also available. The penthouse is located in one of the most busy streets in Graz - Kärntner Straße - in front of Seiersberg. Shopping is very close.

The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.
