Holiday rentals in Piano Pozzi

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances chez Giorgio et sa femme. Merci d'ailleurs pour le gâteau typique qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Le logement était parfait avec tous les équipements pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le jardin et la piscine parfaitement entretenus. Giorgio est même venu après le passage du nuage de cendres (éruption de l'etna) pour nettoyer la piscine. Rien à dire au niveau de la propreté du logement. Un garage disponible pour la voiture ! En plus, Giorgio nous a indiqué les bons restaurants et les visites à faire en Sicile. Il nous a même apporté un "produit miracle" pour notre fils qui avait un énorme coup de soleil (encore merci). Il aime son île et ça se voit 😉 Je ne peux que recommander le Sud de la Sicile et le logement de Giorgio au sein de la nature. L'endroit parfait pour visiter toute la Sicile tout en étant loin des "parcs à touristes" que l'on trouve dans les grandes villes. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous y passerez des vacances idylliques !

The scenery around the villa is outstanding. Looking from the terrace and pool area you can see straight up and down a valley which is lined with olive trees. It really is beautiful. The villa was spacious and suited our family of 5 (including a toddler). We enjoyed the pool in the hot August weather. There was a basket of goodies for breakfast left on our arrival which was a nice touch. The whole place was very clean. From the villa you can drive to lots of bigger towns (Ragusa, Modica, Noto) and also to the beach, all within one hour. You definitely need a car for this location though.

Un bel appartement duplex et sa charmante terrasse situé en plein centre. Nous avons été accueillis très agréablement par les propriétaires. À recommander.

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als erwartet – alles war wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight und hat uns viele entspannte Stunden beschert. Die Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – der Empfang mit einer frischen Pizza nach der Ankunft war einfach großartig! Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt Gastgeber sind. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

Per il mio soggiorno in un borgo barocco particolarmente bello, Palazzolo Acreide, incuriosito un po’ dal nome (Fiku Palas), ho deciso di trascorrere la notte in un appartamento elegante, pulito e tranquillo. La cucina era completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare, evitando così la spesa di mangiare fuori in vari ristoranti! La camera da letto era confortevole, con molto spazio per riporre le cose, così da non infastidirci con bagagli e oggetti che di solito vengono lasciati in mezzo alla stanza. Il bagno era particolarmente pulito. L'appartamento era in pieno centro e a breve distanza si trovava tutto ciò di cui un visitatore ha bisogno: dai supermercati ai panifici, pasticcerie e piccoli negozi con prodotti tipici. Anche punti di interesse come musei e la Villa comunale erano raggiungibili a piedi. Lo consiglio vivamente. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari per la loro gentilezza. Da migliorare solo il Wi-Fi, ma a breve - mi si dice - sarà potenziato...

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay here in this beautiful countryside location yet just a six minute drive to Palazzolo Acreide where there are many wonderful restaurants and cafes and several beautiful churches. Enrico was very helpful with restaurant recommendations . We had the whole house, plenty of room. Nice terrace to relax on. Would recommend driving in and out of Palazzolo Acreide when going on day trips , as back roads are very curvy and narrow. Great location for day trips to Syracuse, Ortigia , Marzamemi, Noto, Catania, Ragusa, Modica and Caltagirone . Enrico was a wonderful host , very responsive and available to whatever we needed. Highly recommend !
