Holiday rentals with beach access in Piane Vecchie

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoja’s place. The location was absolutely perfect and really close to the beach, restaurants, and the main square. The apartment itself was super spacious and clean. There are three flights of steep stairs once you enter the building which was fine for us, but a little tricky if you have lots of luggage. Would definitely stay again!

Massimo's hospitality and availability are exceptional. He is very good advice and shares his good places. The apartment is very clean,very welcoming, very well equipped. It is located in the historic center, everything is within walking distance,you can enjoy the small balcony. The other side of the coin is the noise outside ,but for each its own sensitivity to noise,there are double glazed windows in all the rooms. i would not hesitate to share this address. Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

The location is really perfect for exploring Cefalu and the flat is very nice. Sofa could use a repair and some small table for the terrace would have been nice. Otherwise very good experience. Thank you

Amazing weeks stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Cefalu. A lovely welcome (including a complementary breakfast, wine and juice) with suggestions of restaurants and things to see was very appreciated. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need and a lovely little balcony. The location was perfect being only a stones throw away from the beach and the hustle and bustle of the plaza. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to the enchanting town of Cefalu!

This was the perfect Airbnb. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The house had everything you need, great amenities, a very comfortable bed. It is very clean and nicely decorated with lots of space. We travelled with our 10 months old baby and it was very safe as the stairs had a gate on the top floor. The location is very good. It is in a quiet side street with great views and walking distance to everything. Maybe one little thing though was that the church close by rings the bells every hour from 8am to 10pm. That can be challenging with a sleeping baby but we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

The host was super responsive and helpful. The home was good, the kids loved the pool and all of the games to play. We were two families staying together and the place was big enough for us all and we really enjoyed Cefalu. Thanks!

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. We had such a great stay at Elisas! The apartment is well equipped and the surroundings with all the animals are lovely. We especially liked the cats. We even cooked with Elisa, which was also a great experience. For sure we‘ll be making the Tiramisu at home 🤩

A beautiful Airbnb that has the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, but you are also in the middle of the beautiful old town. On the two balconies, you have the opportunity to have a cozy breakfast and watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The accommodation was clean and Claudio warmly welcomed us to the accommodation. There was even the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before check-in time. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Cefalu.

I’m almost at a loss of where to begin with how much my family and I enjoyed Diego’s incredible accommodation and hospitality! As a beach fanatic, this was the perfect location to enjoy a private and gorgeous location on the Mediterranean. No picture can do justice to the jaw-dropping water and the hours I happily spent wandering the coastline. Others have mentioned the generous spread of local treats Diego and his family provided - I can not overstate how helpful and welcome this was throughout our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals most nights; not because we were intending to be frugal (we are vacationing after all!), but because the items he provided were just that copious and delicious. The property grounds are lush and pristine, the bedrooms comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the craftsmanship of the home is gorgeous. Most importantly perhaps, Diego and his family made US feel like family. Responsive, warm & a true taste of hospitality.

This apartment was perfect for our visit. We appreciated the three separate bedrooms, each with an AC wall unit. There are only two bathrooms but because both were accessible from the hallway, it was easy for our group to share without having to go into someone else's bedroom. We loved the large terrace which had a mix of shade and sun. In the evening, the sitting area on the terrace is shaded and lovely for sitting outside before dinner. There is also a dining table on the terrace just off the kitchen which is also shaded during dinnertime. The view from the terrace is amazing with views of both the ocean and the large rock formation at the far end of old town. The apartment is in a great location outside of old town (thus, quiet) but within easy walking distance. The same for walking to the ocean. Vincenzo was a great host, very helpful and responsive. His son Antonio also helped by providing the check-in information a few days before we arrived.

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views.
