It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

The pool is nice and it was nice to clean it every day. It was convenient to have privacy and to be able to take the elevator upstairs. The host's response was quick and friendly, so I was able to quickly handle my inquiries.

We spent a wonderful time in Liên's villa. We had so much fun. The villa is nicely located and there is a lot of restaurant and convenient store nearby. It is also accessible for Grab to deliver food. We enjoyed our group stay !

Great place dor a quick trip. Spacious room, clean bathroom, got all the amenities we needed. Our room is the entire Mezzanine floor, which comes with its pros and cons. We liked the pros thus far, no complaint.

The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

The host contacted me during check-in late at night, but he was so friendly that I didn't feel any discomfort. The house was very clean, the supplies were well prepared, and I was able to walk to the B&B in 5 minutes. The townhouse was spacious, so it was easy to live in, and the restaurant on the first floor was very well done.

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. Highly recommend! The place was easy to find, and the host was very responsive. We had an issue with the aircon, and they acted quickly to replace it with a new one. The space was well-equipped with all the accessories and appliances we needed. Great experience overall!

I had a great stay at this accommodation. The place was very clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy, linh has been always been replying on a timely manner in assisting me and giving us instructions. The location was convenient, and the apartment felt like a perfect base for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh, and also would consider staying here again if i ever go back to Ho Chi Minh City!

I spent a lot of time searching for a place to stay in Go Vap, and I’m so glad I chose Vania House! The space was just what I needed—clean, private, and secure. I stayed for about a 1.5-months while taking a course at AVSE (15-min. Grab ride), and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better home. The staff and hosts were always quick to respond when I needed anything (which wasn’t often), and it was comforting to come home to such kind, familiar faces after long days in class. Trang, one of the hosts, was super friendly whenever I ran into her around the building, which made the stay even better. The location is also a huge plus—tons of local food options nearby and very walkable. My favorite eateries during my stay was Com Ga Gion Gion and Mi Vit Tiem A-Con located towards the main road. Vania House felt like a true LOCAL Vietnamese experience. Highly recommend!

Le was very helpful and supportive during the whole stay. The place is as described. Felt at home right the moment we stepped in. It's very beautiful. Have extended one more day in fact.

This amazing place when i come to HCMC, host so friendly.

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

The accommodation is worth the price, there are many eateries, restaurants, convenience stores around. The location is worth it. What I like most is the local community, Saigon people are very friendly and kind. Whenever they see me, the neighbors around there often smile friendly. I love Saigon people and I want to live there long term.

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

It was very good to stay in Damda place. The location was perfect, everything 10-15mins walking distance. Restaurants, Coffee shops was around. I will definitely come back next time when I’m in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you again Damda, you were there always there to help.
