This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Steve was an excellent host. He moved heaven and earth to get us into the apartment when we were earlier than expected. Simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. Loved the super comfortable bed with quality bed linen and soft bedside lighting. Great location, easily walkable to all our favorite foodie places. Thanks Steve!

Great accomodation. the area is kind of local, so lots of places to eat and cafes and really quiet during the night. the host has been very helpfull, always ready to reply and helped me in everything i needed. very recomended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment features a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both short and extended stays. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the Thao Dien metro station, making it easy to get to Landmark 81 or District 1. Thuy was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Квартира в отличном районе, с хорошим бассейном и шикарным видом. Хозяин был очень приветлив и быстро реагировал, а так же организовал заселение и выселение тогда, когда мне был удобно. Все было чисто и уютно. Определенно стоит своих денег!

We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views from our cozy spot on the 26th floor! Not only that, but the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Conveniently located on the ground level were a pharmacy, coffee shop, 7/11, and Winmart. Countless restaurants were within walking distance, and we could easily reach Bui Vein Walking street with just a 10-minute stroll. Our stay was a warm, friendly, and seamless experience, thanks to the host's responsiveness.

Comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. Lots of amenities nearby. Apartment has quality towels, plenty of pillows, and a good TV. Host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would book this again in the future.

地理位置很好，房间也很大。总体是满意，最后住了10天左右，10天内没有打扫卫生服务。 还有一个续租误会，我已支付了原定住宿期的费用，在已付的期间，因个人工作行程计划，又准备续费3天，新的订单未及时付款，导致新订单取消操作失误（可能让房东误以为之前订单完全取消），房东在未充分沟通和确认的情况下，早上8点直接上门突然驱逐！（被吓了一跳😰早上被很大的敲门声音吓醒）要求我们立即拿行李离开，我们感到非常突然，困惑 不便和精神压力。最后解决是当场续费后面所有的日期。（但是对于工作计划有变动很不方便）

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

I loved staying in Trung’s apartment. It is very well maintained, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the area around Thao Dien, very near to great restaurants, a shopping mall as well as a convenience store. Also an easy, short cab ride to district 1. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R. В целом хорошее жильё за свои деньги. В квартире всё исправно, хорошо работает,есть стиральная машина с эффективной функцией сушки, нам показалось, что лучше сушить прямо в ней, чем в отдельной сушильной машине. Квартира находится в новом доме в престижном районе, вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, супермаркетов, рядом большой гипермаркет и ТЦ. Крупных недостатков нет, но есть некоторые детали. Во-первых, бассейн находится в другом доме, до которого идти минут десять, а бассейн конкретно в этом доме есть, но не доступен. Во-вторых, сам район далековато от центра. Он удобен для местных, но совершенно не туристический, купить там, например, сим-карту, совершенно невозможно. В-третьих, хотя имеется стойка рецепции, там не готовы присмотреть за чемоданами, поэтому если вылет у вас сильно после отъезда, оставить чемоданы где-то вы не сможете. В целом, это не существенные вещи, просто нужно понимать их, если они для вас критичны. Нам понравилось наше пребывание, могу рекомендовать для всех.
