Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Phú Thượng

I highly recommend this place, but mosy especially for all girl groups. The space was lovely and had great appliances - a washing machine, plates and utensils and good water supply/pressure. The location is great because you're near a lot of great stores and cafes in Hanoi. The noise wasn't disruptive for our group, we slept well through the entire stag. Khánh was very responsive and checked in with us several times, which I appreciated. My only comment is that the bathroom door is a bit rusty and there is a portion of the bathroom that isn't entirely private so make sure you're comfortable with who you're staying with. Overall, we had a great stay :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home. Within walking distance of many good eateries and less than 5 minutes away from train street. You can even see the train passing by from the balcony! Self check-in was very smooth too. Everything was clean and towels and toiletries were provided. Good water pressure with water heater. Host was very responsive and helpful with queries. We really enjoyed our stay in this large, well-located, and quiet apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter. Trang was always responsive and the apartment was as described. The neighborhood itself is bustling, but very little of the street noice makes its way into the apartment because of good sound-proofing. The apartment feels like an oasis when needed, yet we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the chaos of the street, too. We were sad when our reserved time was up. We will definitely reserve this space again in the future.

We enjoyed our week in this fresh apartment in a 5-floor walk up in the French quarter with all the apartment essentials. Fun location with ramen, udon, and banh mi right downstairs. And we watched movies on the bedroom projector. 📽️ Hao was great. Super easy check in. Thanks for everything!

Thao and Jun was, without a doubt, helpful and responsive. Despite having several hiccups on our way to Hanoi, Jun was kind enough to help us with anything that we may need. The location of was great as well everything is walking distance. My family really enjoyed stay here.

The quality of the accommodation is good for the price. It's on a high floor, so there's no infestation of bugs. The host is also friendly, and I had a good stay without being disturbed during my stay. I'll use it again next time.

The place is very trustful and the studio has all facilities to spend short and mid term stays. The host is very nice and helpful and make everything to make sure you are comfortable and independent. There is also a garage and possibility to rent motorbikes

Stayed here for two months. The photos of the place really doesn’t do its magic justice. The place felt like home. Very walkable to convenience stores, restaurants, and more - there’s even a spa on the second floor of the building (very reasonably priced with a doctor on staff). Loved this place. Would definitely recommend.

Very good place to see the local life

I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

The villa is so pretty that passers-by take lots of photos

We had an amazing stay at Blue Mountain Villa for my 50th and although I didn't meet hosts Pham or Hong in person, did feel well looked after through messages and by the on-site housekeeper. The heated outdoor pool is amazing and we loved the sauna and the fire pit too. Lovely bedrooms with large comfortable beds and stylish ensuites. It really is an amazing property. For people that love a lot of privacy and independence. First thing in the morning the gardeners maintain the property with sweeping/pool cleaning etc so there are quite often people around working - not an issue for us, but just to be aware of it. And if you love to come and go as you please, or on the spur of the moment, the main gate constantly being locked could be a minor hindrance to that.

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

We loved our stay out this beautiful location. Our hosts made is feel very comfortable. They were super helpful, carrying our suite cases from the taxi to the house, helped us save money arranging pickup form the airport and all our other transportation needs. Recommendation for the best money exchange. Bought groceries and cooked for us. Clean spacious home, great service anytime we needed it. Very responsive and respectful. We highly recommend this location if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature.
